1950s textbook outlined steps for destroying democracy

There's a report today on resistthemains tream.com about a man who was banned from Fascistbook for sharing a letter written by a retired 85-year-old judge. This post is not about the banning, but about the letter. (I think we all know well enough how deep the dirty fingers of censorship reach on some level into big tech and pretty much every kind of social media.)

This post is about the contents of the letter itself. The letter was actually verified by Snopes. Seems they spoke with the letter's author (who has since died). It was penned in December 2021 by an 85-year-old retired judge from California named Keith Alber. In the letter he said that that the current endangered state of American democracy was predicted accurately in the 1950s in a half-page entry of a textbook from college. The steps for the destruction of Democracy were enumerated as follows.


1> Divide the nation philosophically.
2> Foment racial strife.
3> Cause distrust of police authority.
4> Swarm the nation’s borders indiscriminately and unconstitutionally.
5> Engender the military strength to weaken it.
6> Overburden citizens with more unfair taxation.
7> Encourage civil rioting and discourage accountability for all crime.
8> Control all balloting.
9> Control all media.”


When the man who was banned from Fascistbook was asked what prompted him to post the letter, he said, "“When I looked at the letter, it really struck me as a variation of Saul Alinsky’s ‘Rules for Radicals,’”

While the list's presence in a textbook has not been verified, I'd say that it's a rather a well compiled list as we look back on the last couple of decades. The USA is pretty much well into step 9.

It is similar to Saul Alinsky's work which essentially echoes the The Protocols of the Elders of Zion

I'd say its over the ages. There are multiple stories in ancient texts about decadence and decay of society.

But to reach a point where this kind of intervention is necessary, a society has to develop to a certain degree of stability, evolve to a point of maturity. This is the inculcation of chaos and destruction, so there has to be something to destroy.

Yeah, mentioned in my OP.

Can't they wait to destroy democracy till after I die? I'm getting too old to start watching society go down the drain. The seventies were fun for young adults and teenagers, I would hate to be that age now, it would suck.

Just like sheep to slaughter. We were warned many times about this. Few listened, few listen now. I can’t believe that we have been so foolish to let it all happen.

It’s still not too late, if only the woke would wake up and look around at what’s being allowed to happen. There will be blood before the end of our republic. Lakes of it.

The overwhelming preponderance of hard evidence proving the intentional and fervent degredation of society, through think tanks, the CFR, Trilateral Commission, Club of Rome, Fabian Society, Jesuits, Zionists, the Khazarian Mafia, the Carnegie/Rockefeller/Rothschild school system and subsequent founding of thousands of libraries all over the world stocked with books chronicling a false historical narrative, the media propaganda, etc. is impossible to overlook if one truly yearns for truth.

You know this brings to mind when I was back in my early 20's I think. AOL was all the rage at the time. I'm sure most of us here can remember the good old days of the early internet. Back then you could find a free CD to install America OnLine everywhere.

Anyway, there were these chat groups and I would join in after work and chat it up sometimes with people, especially religious groups, people asking questions about God and the Bible and try to answer them. Did that with Yahoo Answers for awhile, and met several good friends that way. Do the same thing with Reddit now.

Anyway, this thread brought back to my mind a young woman from college she sent me some emails after I answered a couple of her questions. She said she was in college and that they were working on getting people to be more tolerate of deviant behavior and wanted to enlist my help in doing so. A lot of the things they were calling for tolerance of is happening now in society. I remember giving her a warning back then, that advocating for a tolerance for everything will backfire. For some things should never be tolerated. God does not tolerate sexually immoral conduct for example. The world flings it in our face everywhere today calling it the "new morality." But you get to a point where not just sexual immorality among people of the opposite sex is advocated. There was a time when even that was considered wrong by society. Especially before the 1920's. Because God condemns it. Sex is a pleasurable activity with lifelong consequences. It was made by God to be enjoyed between two loving partners, a man and a woman who are married. Where in that loving arrangement children can be produced, and the couple may enjoy a special bond of union with a partner to bring them joy and happiness, and they would share that with their children.

Anyway, I remember telling that woman there is going to be a point where everything will have to be tolerated, including pedophilia, pornography of children, bestially...the path you go down when that happens is a dark one. And it has already been tried in Denmark.

In Denmark tolerance was preached so much that the most disgusting filth was tolerated:

Nihilism is running rampant and is by far more destructive than these other things. When there are no standards for right and wrong, then "anything goes" again that mantra from the New Morality engendered in the 1920's and being promulgated by society even today, by colleges and schools, and yes even religious leaders.

Coupled with the human-degrading theory of evolution humans are able to rationalize the most filthy forms of depravity one can and perhaps cannot even imagine.

Then what happened in Nazi occupied Europe will be an easy thing. The most depraved forms of sexual perversion are okay. Human rights will no longer exist. Murder will be sanctioned and normal, if not moral and good. Rape of anyone, of children, sex with animals will be treated as normal and moral.

God is patient. But his patience has limits. This world's depravity, what it considers normal and good is quickly reaching his tipping point. He will not allow humankind to ruin itself. He will step in on behalf of decent human beings who are moral and upright. And the righteous in God's eyes will be spared. Those who are righteous in their own eyes and turning their backs on Godly morality will not be tolerated to live on earth for much longer.
