Where's the money going to come from? We're $32 trillion in the hole.
We are roughly a quadrillion USD in the hole if you look at all six of our ledgers.

So this provision was added to the 14th Amendment to cut off the reparations talk at the pass. And make the Civil War a bad memory.
14th Amendment.
Section 4
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
Confederate War Debt and Slavery Reparations were banned. Period. The 14th Amendment was the fix for all the problems arising out of General Order 15.
During the War of 1812, the US Army commissioned a Choctaw chief as a Brigadier General in the US army. His name was Pushmatawaha Mushlatubbee.

Not ever going to happen, but funny still the same...
My ancestry is Irish (slave) and Native American.
What will my reparations be, I wonder?
Will they give me North Carolina?
