HUGE Property Rights WIN at Supreme Court

it's a start. I always thought the whole property theft (sorry tax) thing is a means for the corrupt goverment to get their hands on confiscated properties. Why should they get to keep the difference between what was owed and the actual value of the sold home?
At least it's a start . A 94 year old woman got the difference at least .

Good for her. It's about time someone finally fought this. It is hard to believe its gone on for so long.

I've seen a few people go through this for as little as $1000 in taxes.
