We're looking at three volcanoes active at the same time, three different parts of the world; Italy, Mexico, Congo

Active volcanoes prompted ash warnings and set nerves on edge in Italy, Mexico and the Democratic Republic of Congo over the weekend.

Mount Etna showered ash over Catania in eastern Sicily Sunday and forced the temporary suspension of airport operations. Ash also briefly closed Mexico City's largest airport and the eruption of Volcano Popocatépetl prompted officials to urge people to avoid traveling near it.

The Nyamulagira volcano in the Democratic Republic of Congo also continued ongoing activity and lava flow.

Coincidence? Is Earth experiencing seismic issues?
please discuss.

Won't possibly be because of an alignment of 5 Planets this weekend?

If I was the devil sitting in the core of the Earth, letting off some steam on a regular basis is a good thing. When those blocks start, the pressure builds up, when it goes it goes it goes big.

The Earth is still a growing body, picking up heaps of matter from the solar winds every day, the layers of soil is like the rings of a tree in some ways.

Is Old Faithful still ticking in Yellowstone?

There are lots of volcanoes active all over the world, all the time - occasionally they make the news because they are close to centres of population, but there's certainly nothing unusual occurring

I know these things go off everywhere all the time, but like you, I think this is something noteworthy.

And again.

She is the most active volcano in Europe.

Italy and Mexico aren't all that newsworthy as both those two are very active.

I don't know how common it is for the one in Africa to pop off, but there is ongoing rifting there.

Mt. Vesuvius and Mt. Pelee are the eruptions to watch out for.

Those are the Edgar Cayce prediction volcanoes.

Yellowstone is very scary. I tell myself that it wont be as bad as it has been in the past, because the previous eruptions have blown so much material out of the caldera. Maybe the whole park with just get hotter and more active and any eruptions will have had the pressure let off somewhat by the caldera crater becoming more active on the surface.

I tell myself these things so I can sleep more soundly.

There is a blog done by experts in the field. They are reasonably certain that Yellowstone caldera isn't the threat it's perceived to be. They are far more worried about Campi Flegrei in Italy. A spot out on the Japanese sea bed that is expanding/rising rather ominously, and there some caldera systems in Indonesia and in S. America that also bear watching.

I say let ‘em rip, all at once, and throw Yellowstone in for good measure. It’s time for the real “ Great Reset”

Whew! That's a relief. Those are far far away! So no worries.

Im kidding. Any caldera blowing will set us back as a species and many many others.

I live near the water an hour North of LA. We have had 1 sunny day in this entire month. We have had more rain than I can remember in many years. We have had weird species of jelly fish, blue sailors, covering beaches, which I've only seen twice before in my 40 years here. I can remember only one summer here that it just stayed cool and overcast all season. I think this one is going to be the same.

The mini ice age was caused by 3 or 4 volcanos back in like 1200 AD along with a reduction in the flow of the Gulf Stream by up to 10 percent that took over 600 years to recover sometime around the mid-1800s with some still going on.

Just a normal day at the seismic office. There are usually a few dozen volcanos either rumbling or in full eruption most days around the globe.
