There is something under the ocean near Antarctica that looks to be an antenna of some sort. It is referred to as the Eltanin Antenna. Not sure what the item is but it's an interesting idea. Also the moon is thought to be hollow somehow. This would help with your ideas on this. My guess is there may very well be a race of "people" of some sort up there watching us from a distance so as to not disrupt us to much. As a scientist observes a tribe in the jungle from a distance. AI is all over the place and being used on earth.
Google AI for starters.
Start looking for the mangled fingers on media characters.
AI sucks at reproduction of fingers.
I see them all the time.

Lasers cannot "beam thoughts" into our heads. Furthermore, light, even coherent laser light will "spread" over a distance, even distances as short as between points on Earth. A laser on the Moon would never be able to reach every person on Earth with any kind of signal.

Possible certainly, when I was a teen I remember reading about AI and they thory was we were still 100+ years away from any sort of useful AI 30 ish years later some now say we are less than a decade from general AI in the public domain.

This to me implies that Darpa probably has a fully functional AI by this point.

neither of those things takes away from the fact that an extraterrestrial species could be way ahead of us and put drones in place to monitor another species. with satellite locations on the planet with terrestrial drones that have been the UFOs that crashed allowing the technological leaps at various points in history.

Terrestrial drones collect data send it to the moon, and the moon relays it back into deep space.

Before anyone goes Bruh... we would have found the signal by now... its not star trek, its possible a species could develop technology that while in the same zip code as us are not the same so harder to identify and thats assuming the govt's of the world would allow that kind of data to get out.

If the A.I. on the moon was programmed millennia ago, waiting for us to reach a level of technology to where it could direct us, then yeah. It’s entirely possible.

If let’s say when Tesla started to receive transmissions from what he believed was space was the starting point, and has been beaming errant transmissions or sent messages to people via teletype of even morse code for that matter, then it is not outside the realm of possibilities. As a child I remember sometimes getting strange phone calls from a strange robotic voice that would ask me questions.

I would say that it may not be beaming thoughts into our heads, but could certainly be beaming information or even co-opting the web we use. So while I get that this is your first post, and you were just airing your thoughts, you have to understand that there are a lot of people on this site who are actually looking for a fight and looking to destroy your happiness. I’ve seen it more than once.

While it is an interesting and fascinating thought to have, I don’t think the moon is really where all the influence is coming from. I am of the mind that it is the Reptilian Shapeshifting Necromancers from Alpha Centauri.
