Judicial Watch: Decorated Veteran and FBI Analyst Whistleblower to Testify at House Judiciary ‘Hearing on the Weaponization of the Federal Government’ Thursday, May 18, 2023

This is happening this morning. I'm not sure how much attention this is getting in the media, but I didn't see it posted here, so I figured I would share in a quick post.

Judicial Watch announced today that Marcus Allen, a decorated veteran, FBI analyst and client of Judicial Watch, will provide testimony on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. to a House Judiciary Committee’s Select Subcommittee hearing titled “Hearing on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.”

Judicial Watch represents Allen in a lawsuit against FBI Director Christopher Wray for violating Allen’s constitutional rights by falsely accusing him of holding “conspiratorial views,” stripping his security clearance, and suspending him from duty without pay (Marcus O. Allen v Christopher Wray(No. 22-cv-04536)). The FBI revoked his security clearance because apparently the FBI believes that any views contrary to its own regarding what occurred on January 6 constitutes disloyalty to the United States.

On June 7, 2022, Rep. Jim Jordan, ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, sent a letter to Wray regarding the firing of FBI employees, noting that, “Multiple whistleblowers have called it a ‘purge’ of FBI employees holding conservative views.”

Over the course of the last 40 years the FBI has done far more damage to this nation than it has done good… this isn’t just a leadership issue it’s a problem right down to the janitorial staff… the entire operation needs to be defunded and dismantled and everyone that is currently employed by any of our “intelligence” apparatuses put on a watch list and never allowed to hold a position higher than tray cleaner at McDonalds…

Allen was punished because he ordered other agents not to do their job because the suspect was involved with J6. When the case was reopened it was determined the suspect had assaulted a police officer.

This was well worth the watch.

God bless and protect all the brave whistleblowers and our nation's leaders who are trying to do what's right and just in hopes of saving our country and The Constitution.

Most of us have know for a while that our government has some major issues within, with some of us knowing more than others, but we are beyond a tipping point where these issue are becoming glaring. I'm of the opinion that the government needs to right their wrongs, not cover them up. If things don't get corrected, they will continue to get worse, so it's up to our brave leaders to safely and soundly steer this "ship" we call the USA.

It doesn't matter anymore to ATS, they changed their minds. One of the fbi agent "whistleblowers" was suspended for being there the 6th all geared up in a gas mask, tactical vest etc. On the other thread they claim its a political witch hunt that he was fired. So it's hard to keep up as minds keep changing, but arresting fbi agents involved in the 6th now is bad I guess. It appears it's been thrown out the window just like "back the blue" when it comes down to it. As we see ATS supports the other fbi agent who didn't investigate a guy who assaulted a cop.

You'll learn that a certain segment of ATS has a tendency to spin and flip and pretend outrage when the things they call for actually backfire against them.

got a link? I don't think you have a link to the feds taking part, but the one agent thing, I'd like to see which one of the 3 did that. And those who were aggressive to cops, deserve to be punished. There is no excuse for that. But there also was not excuse for Ray Epps directing the event, and skating away from charges. He was a fed. And believe it or not, having feds trying to make people do stupid things is wrong, just as wrong as hitting cops. So while I'm amazed that the left shows such a lack of integrity over this, it's not surprising.

And the lack of curiosity as to why security was so lax that day when everyone knew what was going to happen, sure looks suspect, but again, with ZERO integrity, that's what I expect.

Because I am really curious, if you're ok with what bank of america did? Of the FBI going to School board meetings and writing down people's license plates, and the many other things they have been doing, including ruining these guys' lives for speaking out about it, and make sure the other agents are too scared to.

As Mr. Boyle stated. He took an oath, to the constitution.

I was ashamed that some of these congress critters think that it is ok. (what the FBI is doing)

A third FBI employee, a special agent who did not testify before the committee, had his security clearance revoked because he was on the restricted grounds of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 but lied about his conduct

Bank of America turned over info of 211 people. You might want to Google the Bank Secrecy Act. This is not new and used for investigations of terrorism, foreign or domestic.

You do know that no one cares if you go to discuss anything at a school board meeting, however the threats of violence and actual violence against school board members last year was crazy.
