All congressional and senate members are immune from everything

A separation of powers in governance was put in place to prevent some tyrant going nuts. If on branch fails, the other branches have a chance to stop it before its too late.

How did Trump go with executive immunity during his rein, one nothing burger after another.

Even if the courts turn a blind eye, there is still reality and the consequence of ones actions that no one has immunity from.

You forgot one possibility for Devin Nunes' silence; he's in lock-step to brings American citizens under total government control, as quite a few other Republicans seem to be. A really big clue is to watch how they vote on issues, which few people seem to do.

Schiff DID NOT "paraphrase". He knew "paraphrasing" would be no excuse for the outright lies and inaccuracies in his statement, so when pressed he called it a PARODY like the wriggling little worm that he is.
