Your just being a meanie man!

I love BF threads man! True or false they always remind of times when I am out camping or backing and I hear a scream I can't recognize. Generally the Ozarks is my preferred place to go.
I've heard stories from relatives in northern California about some tall creatures watching them by the farm or when they have late night fires from a distance.

Nah, I love Samsquamch, I actually enjoyed the Survivor Man (Les Stroud) episodes about their teepee-like structures.

I just want something with SOME substance, something more than a campfire story.

How about a link to the missouri archives of bigfoot encounters, not exactly coc aine bear quality but it's data and some of it might even be true.

that's a fine yarn there ks, just so you know 5-acres is not a very big piece of land. probably wouldn't feed 3 big feets more than a day or two. you know they don't call the big feets for nothing and it's got to take a lot of grub. jack links ain't gonna cut it.

I meant there should be something of substance when creating an OP.

But, yea, I'll check that out, lol.

I see an update in an older thread. Which shows cultivated land. Not wild lands.
Why shy away from letting everyone know this groundbreaking story?
There is nothing to hide, correct?

We are pretty far from Louisiana, Mo up here.

I have heard a lot of stories coming from the Cape Girardeau, Mo areas though. Been interested to go down there myself and do some camping, just to see what I can hear/see.

You're one of muh favs on ATS, btw.
Honestly, not much will come of this unless ATS "anons" go there and report. Cue Mon Calamari meme.

Note: OP gonna cancel themselves over their OP? Eek.

Not really a good place for random people to be walking around, even if there wasn't a Samsquatch around.

Pretty good place to wonder on to the wrong property and find yourself on a canoe trip gone bad....(go opposite way of the banjo music)

Human beings wind up negatively impacting or destroying nearly every new life they encounter.
There should be a federal law with the most severe penalties for actively seeking these creatures out, let alone hurting one of them.

Where Harley Rutledge conducted his observations. Sounds like an interesting corner of MO.

Cheers

Why shouldn't we be allowed to search for them? Most people really just want to learn about these creatures, not harm them. You will always have the few who want nothing but to have that trophy, but why forbid the rest of us from wanting to find them to research?

You obviously do not get it, do you. Look at our history for a clue. What if you were an indigenousness Indian when the pilgrims arrived. How about being an Aztec when the Spanish arrived.... What about being an Orca in a swimming pool having people gawk at you... Research for the Self Righteous spells doom. You know they are there, just #ing leave them alone.

Look at Jane Goodall, Steve Irwin, David Attenborough, George Schaller and Archie Carr. All worked for the good of the creatures they studied and brought invaluable information to the public.
