I don't know about her credibility. That may come in the voice recordings, discovery etc. The filing does state she was paid 12,000 and that Rudy had to defer payment to her while undergoing issues related to a divorce or something.

The Democrats and their fake news media have lied, cheated and corrupted public discourse for far too long. They need to be shunned totally. Nothing they say carries any weight.

The great thing about lawsuits is the discovery process.

This isn’t a simple case of her word against his. She has provided a mountain of evidence. So much freakin evidence. If something doesn’t stand up to scrutiny, it’ll come out in the wash.

It really does not matter what any of us think here. The judge and/or jury of her peers will decide the outcome.

The plaintiff was promised a lot by Guiliani and ended up with $12,000 and a kick in the ass out the door for her hard work and from the sounds of it, Guiliani was hard work - way above and beyond.

Whether or not she agreed to the terms and conditions - after the fact - of the job may hurt her case, but maybe not, because she was in the process of leaving a relationship with an ex-abuser and Guiliani knew that, which may bring up the idea that she was vulnerable and easy to prey upon at that time.

If nothing else, she is owed a monetary sum for what she was promised and if she has recordings, emails and tweets confirming this, then she will prevail is what the judge/jury will think she is owed.
