Trump's CNN Town Hall Meeting tonight.

Trump absolutely owned that 'moderator', but look, let's be honest here. He sounded like a punch drunk boxer reaching for past glory with the talking points he was hitting.

He may as well have just run an infomercial of content from the 2016 campaign. I don't think what he's talking about is a winner.

As someone who was supportive of him in 2016 , but disappointed with him that he did not tackle Washington corruption head on and spent his entire Presidency playing defence and stupidly trying to 'get along' with snakes in the deep state, I wanted to hear something different about his approach. I didn't. Same old rhetoric.

Not going to win him any new votes, IMO. If anything it will just harden the resolve of those against him that still might have been open to changing their views.

I have to disagree.

People like Andrew Yang were openly praising him Trump on Twitter, much to his followers surprise.

Infact, alot of notable people were caught off guard by Trump.

This was a well recieved evening that resulted in many gains.

Everything from the actual townhall, to when it ended and he stayed to talk to the audience after the Mod left.

The after action review with "Potential Voters", most of which signal their support for Trump.

Mind you, all these people were handpicked by CNN.

Either or, Trump is in his prime, experience from the hell he's been in. That Townhall had AOC crying and CNN had their biggest ratings hit EVER.

I believe his talking points and policies from 2016 are probably more valid now than they were then.

In 2024 we will be coming off 4 years of the Biden dumpster fire which is twice as bad as 8 years of Obama in half the time.

Say what you want about Trump, but he’s not stupid, I think he’ll have a plan to deal with the deep state when he gets in.

It is now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned. Women and young voters have been turning out in record numbers to vote against politicians that support banning abortion.

Way to ignore the bigger picture. It's not about killing babies, it's about the women now in dire straits who wanted the baby but now due to new laws and fears of prosecution hospitals are putting their own life at risk and not allowing it in medical situations and in certain situations of rape and incest. We as women are aware of what is happening. My daughters are aware of what is happening.

It's about women like one who was told to just go home and lost almost half her blood or a woman who developed sepsis and now can no longer have children.

There are many many cases of women who want babies that are in states with new abortion laws. Because hospitals and or docs can be sued, many who need an abortion due to a medical issue are being denied due to fear of repercussions to the docs and sent home. They then develop life threatening issues or are forced to carry a dead fetus which may lead to life threatening issues. Lawsuits have started.

Funny but the women that are all butthurt over possibly not being able to kill babies, were not going to vote for Trump to begin with.
