You believe wrong. It was a civil trial and he was not charged with rape as a criminal offence.

You can't be convicted of a criminal offence in a civil suit.

Lol, that was my whole point, liable vs guilty. The other guy said guilty. Try to sort things out before the imperious reply !

I’ve heard several accounts of rape being on the table. Not at all ? Well then I was wrong.

Too young for 85 ? Yes that would be a major finding.

That's a start.

You going to get some contemporaneous corroborators for the allegations?

Like I said, knock yourself out.

At least you admitted it is not proof.
The appeal will be interesting.

I hope he ties her and the state up in court for decades.

You think Trump's tank ass has decades left in him? You can count the remainder of his life in Big Macs.

I think maybe he was found “liable” for something.

Sexual abuse, forcible touching and willful or wanton negligent, reckless, or done with a conscious disregard of rights.

Yes, I’ve read that and heard it recited.
Still difficult to process when she doesn’t know when, where, with whom.
I’m funny like that.
More importantly, are you Kanny ?

Looks like the jury disagreed with you on quite a few of those points.

I have tried my best to explain the standard of "proof" that applies in civil case as opposed to criminal ones.

This is not admitting anything.

Yes, any appeal will, indeed, no doubt be "interesting".

Most of his legal cases are.

The dems never have any trouble finding these people, they show up in groups.
Ford arrived with a posse of little girlfriends. Unfortunately many of them changed their stories when put under oath.
But I’m not a dem, so yeah, I probably can’t.

Interesting description of mr trump. Does that do it for you?
You calculate time in Big Macs? How much would that be?
Could you calculate that in bud light?
Oh wait never mind, they canceled that crap brand.

I’m talking about her command of the story.

Not the jury’s feelings.

Try to peel them apart.

How do you process that he thought a photo of her was of his ex?

Where? The department store in her evidence.

With whom?

Seriously?

The jury thought her command of the story was enough for the verdicts I listed. Seems like you have an issue with the justice system.

"The jury's feelings"?

Don't you mean "verdict"?

Interesting, I just read that what he was found liable for is somewhere between a peck on the cheek and a full attack.
Guess it just runs on how you want to set it up.

So ….. they don’t correlate. Good to know, wouldn’t have guessed it.

On stories nearly 30 years old, little to no detail ?
Yes, maybe.

This is good proof of rape or assault ? Sounds more like momentary silliness that happened this week.

You can whine about it forever but fact is, yer man lost.

Carry on being sore about it.

Let's see how any appeal pans out.

My guess is, you won't be happy about that either. Unless, of course he wins in which case I'll guess you will be full of praise for your justice system?

Dunno, but your claims that she did not know "where" or with "whom" are just plain old made up.

Now, why would you do that?

Like I say, let's see how any appeal works out.

Arguing the toss about all this is, until then, a waste of time but do carry on.
