Biden family will be exposed Wednesday.

Firs the FBI tried to claim that a document that showed Biden taking bribes to the tune of $5m for policy decisions didn't exist. Then when that lie was uncovered they would only show it to Congress and not give the document over. Now they are refusing to hand the document over under subpoena. They are scared witless that the people will see what Biden did.

Biden is caught red handed. Bribery. The only question now is if his administration will be corrupt enough to stonewall it in the hope it goes away.

When did the FBI deny the form in question existed? That is just an honest question as I dont immediately recall it.

Do you know what a FD-1023 form is actually used for? They typically do not show or prove anything in their initial state because they typically contain unverified information from a CI.

An FD-1023 is a form used by the FBI to record unverified reporting from confidential human sources.

If the form has acusations that have been verified then criminal charges should be the next move . What i dont understand are the number of posters here that believe the form is hard proof.

Because the people who enquired about the existence of a document - Congress - have told us that the FBI denied its existence.

Congress have already provided undeniable proof of multiple shell companies set up by Biden whilst he was VP that received money (millions of dollars) - and attempted to hide it - from multiple adversaries of the USA, including Russia and China.
What's in the 1023 is an allegation from a 13yr FBI source who alleges the exact same behaviour that is already known.

There is pretty much no reasonable doubt left that Biden was receiving millions from foreign adversaries whilst VP and the rest of the Biden family were part of it too.

No one said he had been found guilty.
He has been exposed - and was about a month ago when the detailed bank records showing the flow of money he received from foreign adversaries through shell accounts he set up when he was VP were shown.

FBI has now agreed to show the full committee the document the 13yr FBI source put together to describe Biden's criminal activity taking bribes for policy decisions. This is the document they lied about when denying it existed.

TBH it's not enough because the document should be made public - not just shown to the committee.

Why should it be made public if it involves a current investigation or would unmask the identity of a 13-year FBI source (as you state it is).

As for Biden being exposed, I thought the bank records showed payments to members of his family, not to him. And I have yet to see any evidence that any of these payments were illegal. Suspicious? Possibly. But if that is your criterion, then you should be throwing fits about the Trump family.

Do not forget. The trusted source himself is not making any claims. The source is reporting what they heard and also stated that they cannot speak on the veracity or weight of it. Meaning, while Rudy was traipsing across the Ukraine with his convicted criminal buddies looking for dirt this source heard something. It's understandable that since the source couldn't say whether it was true or not and this claim came with Rudy's other "proof" Barr felt it needed investigation along with the rest.

An Excellent and accurate summary. Also, its VERY IMPORTANT to note that when Comer/Raskin were shown the FBI document 4 days ago, key dates and dollar amounts were blacked out.

Congressmen Comer and Grassley have the Bank and Treasury reports showing $$$ and dates of transactions.

f the $$$ and dates in the FBI document line up with what the Financial institutions show, JOE BIDEN IS DONE. And most likely the "brains" (Hunter Biden) will be arrested too.

The FBI knows their document is the missing piece, and wants to protect the Biden crime family, and others, at all costs. (As another member of Congress said last week, If Biden is exposed, several top Democrats who use the same illegal system, will be also.)
