DeSantis is one of the "young turks" if memory serves, and is more in line with the WEF than any other candidate.

Trump made the deal the first time with Pence knowing he has to take some establishment with him but i truly believe, from books I have read, he thought they would not allow true Republican actions to move forward. DeSantis, I love him as governor but he is a RINO. Bush was a decent governor also but he is a yuuuge RINO.

Trump will need to find the strongest woman possible to run with him.

People use the RINO too broadly don't you think? If Desantis is a Republican In Name Only (RINO), it means he is NOT a Republican. So, it must be asked, WHAT IS HE?

DeSantis really screwed up. I almost think he was pushed to do it so he would be irrelevant in 2028. She should have stayed governor, backed a candidate and he would have been able to run with Huckabee Sanders in 28.

Believe It or Not . There is Still a Chance Trump Bails Out Ron and Chooses Him as his VP . It Makes Sense Right Now ......

that makes no sense being lumped in with WEF, as he actually helped move along legislation to ban CBDC's, stepped all over the COVID narrative by having balls, and is not at all in line with this tranny nonsense.

I think too many of yall, yourself included cowboy, despite being vocal about MSM, have brains that are too old and cold war and thus easily swallow the MSM narrative still. We are still over 8 months away from the primary vote, right now people just dont care enough to respond to polls and stuff so you only get the AI's and the basement dweller internet polls basically leading everyone who hates MSM by the nose taking their word on these polls.

Ron Desantis will have my vote in the primary, simple as that. Is Trump still selling his posion jab?? I still love Trump either way, and if he secures the primary he will have my vote for POTUS.

personally I believe that Ron would focus more exclusivley on domestic matters, including seeing to the prosecution of so many traitors and abusers of power from the last eight years. A Ron DeSantis administration would see him outsource the foreign policy matters mostly to secretary of state (great spot for Trump btw) and the VP.

*shrugs*

I just don't trust DeSantis.

Now I'd vote for him over ANY democrat.

Democrats have simply shown that they want to destroy our country.

I think it really is like House of Cards.

It wouldn’t surprise me if both his side and the democrats encouraged him to go this route.
He’s young and has a lot of potential and that can be dangerous. Did you see that Murdock got off the Desantis wagon pretty quick?

I really doubt it. It would be a disaster for both of them.

No way. He flushed him out too. When he got the nod in 2016 he did not have control of the Party and had to take certain people on as outsiders would not have gotten the establishment nod. He was an outsider. Republicans needed to bleed out the RINOs and in the last 7 years they have.

The party is much different than it was going into 2016. The demographic is different and for some reason the left is banking on the youth to bail them out in 2024. Not gonna happen.

DeSantis played his hand too quick and should have waited. Now you have a state of people who need him and he is busy running a turd on fire campaign. I still like him as governor but would not trust him in the Senate or as POTUS.

This is where it will get interesting. Demographics by age is very similar to our country.

You have your voting age youth, I’ll say everyone under 30, then your voting elderly, everyone over 60.
We can generalize and say the youth is democrat, and the elderly are republican.

So who breaks the tie? The middle, which is mostly Gen X……………..

Good Deduction there , I Agree . but IF Ron Still has Presidential Asperations going Into the Future , Biting the Hand that Fed Him " Trump " , in 2024 Is NOT a Very Wise Political Strategy IMO . I Think Ron is just a Little to " Suggestable " Right Now , the RHINOS Have their Hooks in Him at the Moment, and on a National Stage in 2023 , that's is a Losing Hand......

Yes that is a broad generalization. The elderly at the Senior center my mother attends are single issue voters.

They would vote for a yellow dog if he/she guarantee to keep social security and medicaid/medicare the way it is and not gut it like the GOP wants.

You know the dembs are going to capitalize on the Republicans throwing the elderly under the bus.

Between the eldery and the pro choice women....The GOP certainly has their work cut out for them, trump can't save them, and DeSanctomionus is a dork and probably won't get the nomination. I expect Kennedy to bail on the dembs and run as a republican because he knows he won't get the DNC nomination.

GOP presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis faced tough crowds at the Iowa State Fair on Saturday.

DeSantis, who is trailing former President Trump by an average of nearly 40 percent in polling averages ahead of the 2024 primaries, was heckled by supporters of the former president as he tried to connect with fairgoers in Iowa.

“We love Trump!” the crowd chanted while DeSantis flipped pork chops at the fair.

It did sound good in the beginning. I was a strong hopeful for the pairing. But once again, time and exposure to reality showed it's beautiful head and viola, not such a great idea after all.

I do hope Trump can pick a good VP for the country, one that can carry on ideals and values that unite us and bring some relief from crazy, useless and stupid.
