Twitter removes woke policy against ‘misgendering’ and ‘deadnaming’ transgender people

Very basic lesson...

The loud minority is not the vast majority...

Even if, when mainstream starts talking about it, it's certainly won't stay a vast majority for much longer...

Twitter lifting such divisive things like special rules to protect feelz on a platform where you don't have to let the world know who you are is a good move.

Those that felt attacked by that policy now don't and if it was a real problem we will certainly notice, now that everyone can finally speak about it freely on Twitter.

The trans community is the tiny and very loud minority. To claim anything else is rather disingenuous.

The vast majority of the population doesn't accept the gender ideology and the trans nonsensical arguments and claims. It's an ideology which is based on irrationality and lack of coherent arguments. Totally anti-scientific and debunked long time ago.

Twitter just used common sense and cancelled the woke culture which isn't representative of our society. And fired the woke moderators and fact checkers. I even made a thread about one of them who was surprise surprise..a transwoman and woke activist banning twitter accounts for stating facts.

You seem to have confused your arguments again on what constitutes tiny & loud minority.

Several States here have banned gender affirming surgeries for minors and banned transwomen from participating in female sports. We are on the right path.

The World Athletics and UK Athletics have recently banned transwomen too. Common sense and sanity are restored.

Twitter didn't cancel anything, they put an end to cancle culture.
I can't imagine how long you're personal cancel list must be.
To me it's the most annoying human trait, always trying to cancel others.
I'm glad Twitter stopped that non-sense, others might choose to keep being annoying humans by trying to cancel others.
At least now they can be called out, and can't just play shadowbanned victim without facing reality.
it will be really healty for the public discourse, as healty as Twitter gets...

Plot twist... Twitter wants you to get really nasty, maybe something ending with a teen committing suicide.

big papertrail needed to actually pin it on the use of language, so better not interfere by banning accounts.

It might need more than that one teen, and Twitter is a great breeding ground for those sort of dramas to be milked...

A legislative will be demanded as to what is deemed offensive speak and what not.

In the streets you'll hear them say,
banning isn't enough, make them pay.

Might be prudent and not take this as an invitation to go out calling everyone deluded, or whatever slurs one could come up with...

Those that don't learn from history are bound to repeat it...

Twitter made a wise move to employ common sense and cancel the woke disease that had infected all social platforms.

In a democracy legislation cannot ultimately pass if the bulk of people are against it. The times where it was offensive to state there are two biological sexes and that transwomen are men have passed long time ago. Some wish to go back but that a fantasy.

Twitter removes transgender protections from hateful conduct policy

Who says the content was hateful and why transgenders should get special protection from criticisms. It doesn't work like that in a democracy I am afraid.

It's about time all social platforms including youtube to reverse the policies they have and start learning the constitution. I really doubt that banning individuals on the basis of their political views lines with the constitution.

Common sense. But yet a huge story that now seems to evolve and has been the subject of various online discussions.
