To make it about that one slightly offensive paragraph and not adress everything else is telling. It just shows there are no more arguments that speak for you, so your only argument becomes my personality...
I'm having fun...
That's great then!
So those who are getting offended they shouldn't get offended when they are getting 'misgendered' for example. Or when others use their real names rather than what they have chosen to be called after they have decided and now falsely believe they are the opposite gender. In a few words when some people believe whatever they want to believe or are in a delusional state they shouldn't be offended when others remind them of reality and common sense.

I think it's disrespectful to not adress somone the way he wishes, especially if she asked for it and reasoned her reasons for being offended.
You can still be an ass and choose to be disrespectful, people will just look at you the same way someone was looked at when calling black people N.words and justifying it with some biological arguments...

Why are the chromosomes important when it comes to human relationships?
I don't get why people want to deny their past either, but it happens very often with many diffrent approaches. Trans is hardly the only one, but it's new and all the rage and it's not legislated, so # happens. People lie about their past all the time why is gender more important?
It's not the end of society...

It's not about race but how social dynamics work when it comes to accepting something new and shunned into society, and the diffrent ways to react to it...
This history fact was to make you aware that once the general population acknowledges it, the next step will be to enforce the proper use of language by law...
it could be circumvented by just adapting, or was it the biggest loss in free speech when we stopped using N.words...we had to be forced by law, why was that?
