Sorry, this is kind of a combination of a couple of threads. As you all know the pope's funeral was today. There was a solar eclipse today.

The Malachi prophecies say that there are only two more popes.

The mayan calendar "ends" 2012.

The next solar eclipse is... you guessed it. 2012.

There's another solar eclipse this year (Oct.). They happen all the time. The one today was a partial.
The next total solar eclipse is next year. 3/29/06
