Melbourneuniversity this pompous meld of great minds have really either stuffed up this study or is deliberately laying down the foundations that the
lockups did not have an impact upon victorians.
Though reading the article a large majority of respondents did not have children, they would not understand that playgrounds were shut due to lockups,
play centres were shut down, swimming pools, couldn’t even go fishing on your own, games arcades, bowling alleys.
It’s ok if you are single and have no relationship, or children. Then you have plenty of time to socialise electronically.
The impact are not as bad as you are not stressing for your children.
What’s even more frustrating is this statement:
A new University of Melbourne study has found that if the state were to face another pandemic or crisis, lockdowns remain a viable option to keep
people safe and – by and large – well.
This speaks to me that the gubment, should another lockup occur, they will say Melbourne university has researched and deems it will not impact
people’s health.
Did they ask parents who were forced to homeschool his compass on how this impacted their health and the parents probably are working from home. So
they are already under pressure as the schools were shut.
Parents had to teach run a house, and work, I am sure this would have impacted people.
This research should be thrown in the bin, as the article states, “we did not interview all demographics”
So this is in my opinion is poor research.
How can a gauge bd determined from only 400 people. When there is 4 million people in Victoria.
Guaranteed it would have been students if the school responding.
And what the hell is”pandemic privilege”?
Some one got a healthy government grant.
