Melbourneuniversity this pompous meld of great minds have really either stuffed up this study or is deliberately laying down the foundations that the lockups did not have an impact upon victorians.

Though reading the article a large majority of respondents did not have children, they would not understand that playgrounds were shut due to lockups, play centres were shut down, swimming pools, couldn’t even go fishing on your own, games arcades, bowling alleys.

It’s ok if you are single and have no relationship, or children. Then you have plenty of time to socialise electronically.

The impact are not as bad as you are not stressing for your children.

What’s even more frustrating is this statement:

A new University of Melbourne study has found that if the state were to face another pandemic or crisis, lockdowns remain a viable option to keep people safe and – by and large – well.

This speaks to me that the gubment, should another lockup occur, they will say Melbourne university has researched and deems it will not impact people’s health.

Did they ask parents who were forced to homeschool his compass on how this impacted their health and the parents probably are working from home. So they are already under pressure as the schools were shut.

Parents had to teach run a house, and work, I am sure this would have impacted people.

This research should be thrown in the bin, as the article states, “we did not interview all demographics”

So this is in my opinion is poor research.

How can a gauge bd determined from only 400 people. When there is 4 million people in Victoria.

Guaranteed it would have been students if the school responding.

And what the hell is”pandemic privilege”?

Some one got a healthy government grant.

Attempted suicide rates among Victorian teenagers soar by 184 per cent in past six months, Kids Helpline reveals

This report was from June 2021.

It does make one wonder how much homework goes into these studies. With the way Immunology and Pharmacology is corrupted by corporate influence, why should Psychology be any different?

Any more of these people that do the studies are just talking out of their ass and coming up with whatever they want and hopefully the mass people believe the studies are true which anybody with common sense those studies are meaningless these days with all the corruption going on I would not believe any studies regardless about anything anymore other than maybe water contamination air contamination that is negative definitely not positive results

It’s sad that so many attempted suicide.

Though with this state government, I do see this as potentially the authors of this report will be then considered as expert witnesses should the class actions start.

Especially the mental abuse, financial control, restriction of movement.

In a home situation what he did to all victorians was family and domestic violence.

He should be charged, as the biggest perpetrator.

We just got ours back on a more or less even keel and he was only isolated for the last bit of that first school year. We isolated him as little as possible because he's a massive extrovert. The kids in our neighborhood still all played together outdoors on occasion. His TKD school was at first running Zoom classes which we made sure he stayed regular with, and he was back in as soon as limited classes allowed so he was seeing others. We sent him whatever camps operated.

Then he was back in the classroom as soon as they opened for it.

He needs to get out and see people. My husband and I are introverts. We didn't feel it. We felt more the pressure of all of us constantly being in the same space, but our son needed it. And even so, last year was a tough one for him.
