Sadly there is nothing to the Hottel memo , here's an extensive thread on the memo and its background by UFO investigator IsaacKoi which explains the story , it's well worth a read for anyone interested.

As I noted in the introduction, in 1985 (yes, over 25 years ago!), William Moore wrote that Hottel’s memo “has been cited out of context again and again by an entire array of UFO researchers as conclusive evidence that the U.S. government is in possession of a crashed saucer. Had any of them bothered to research the matter before jumping to conclusions, they would have realized the memo is essentially useless in that the origin of the information cited therein can be traced directly to Silas M. Newton himself”.

I got it off a Twitter account that has threatened to release info that would bury some of TPTB(unrelated to this), a person who has been pictured with Dr Malone at some meeting.

Time to unfollow.
