This precedent needs as much of an asterisk as Barry Bonds, Mark MacGuire, Sammy Sosa, and whoever else juiced their way to 23 inch biceps. Yet Aaron Judge broke Roger Maris' record in the land of logic. This needs a land of logic caveat.

Gonna ruin a lot teams cohesion and create political rifts in formerly fun high school sports. Way to force every kid to lose their high school ignorance whilst you insert legal precedent you may not have right too. What about every girl who prefers the locker room isn't any more uncomfortable than it already is?

Stop making kids need to be political.

When I was in high-school I had metal-head anarchist aspirations. A belief where the state and religion are mechanisms of control of authoritative people and everyone is technically a slave. There wasn't a forced right/left polarization like there is today.

And at the expense of the accomplishments of title IX. Which will be missed.

The "it" being forcing people to pay more for private schooling. Which is a goal of the Republicans.
Not saying that's a bad thing as that's where I would abandon my kids each day if I had any.

Seems like someone is hell-bent on letting the government decide everything for everyone in every case, for all time... (with an "or else" clause tacked on the end of it.)

So schools are now going to be "in lockstep with the regime" regardless of the community, regardless of the culture, regardless of the people repeatedly declaring otherwise...

Sounds like a "more government" problem to me.... and people ask why I don't trust these political thespians...

Hey, I have an idea. How about we create all trans leagues? Would that work? Funny though, as appearances aren't usually associated with excellence in sports... until the marketing folks get there anyway...
