Saw an interesting article earlier, bragg said he didnt need to say what the actual secondary crime was (defrauding the people or state for example), article pointed at the 6th amendment saying

The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.

Seems like trump hasnt heard what exactly he is being charged with in full.

They're not going to let the Trump mistake happen again.

Then they better have another trick up their sleeve, because this one is starting to fall apart. It worked with Rick Perry in 2014, but they didn't meet the resistance they're getting now. Nevertheless, I won't say never. This is a kangaroo court.

Democrats are sicker than we thought, if they believe Joe Biden can legitimately beat any Republican who emerges out of the Republican primary.

They need to be focusing on replacing the worst President America has had in decades.

Idiots...

This is what Zanti was also saying on page one.

I'm sure it hasn't escaped the attention of Trump's attorneys.

Withholding the actual "punchline" is their "PlanB" exit strategy when the usefulness runs dry, and/or the gag gets exposed and falls apart before trial 😎

Joe has a worse problem than a republican opponent for 24. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is running for president.

Alvin Bragg has Violated former President Donald Trump’s Sixth Amendment Rights by Failing to Denote the Specific Crime Trump has Allegedly Committed in the Unprecedented indictment . A Law Suit Against him Personally by Mr. Trump should Follow...

I would like to see Trump sue him for millions, but he's got to get the present battle won first.

They're an endless bag of tricks.

If nothing becomes of this particular issue, which, other than interfering with the election and Trump's momentum, I don't think any of this made up crap will stick.

But, they'll think of something, and if nothing else, they'll just cheat again.

If I was them, I would..worked before..

There is a sickness in this country by quite a lot of people in government. We used to say Trump Derangement Syndrome but that is too kind. Bragg is just one person but there are so many more like him that don't belong in the position they hold. How can adult professionals be so consumed with going after a single person at the risk of looking inept and petty? I've really had enough of this and if Americans (left right and center) don't see what's going on, the future is bleak.

What I want to know is who is Bragg doing this for? I have a hard time believing he is just a rogue DA that wants to get Trump. He has to be taking some marching orders from someone higher...

One commission made a significant OFFENSIVE move today, as a matter of fact. A former member of the Alvin Bragg District Attorney team that indicted former President Trump this week, has been subpoenaed to testify before the House Judiciary Committee on April 20th.

SOURCE: www.politico.com...

The fact that D.A. Alvin Bragg is loudly complaining about one of his former team members being subpoenaed, gives increased confidence that Committee Chairman James Jordan is on the right track.

I think that the government should be going after Stormy....I doubt if she paid income tax on that one hundred thirty grand she got from Trump. If we got a hundred thirty grand and did not report it, the IRS would be all over us and if we did not pay the tax, we would go to prison.

Since when does the person blackmailing someone walk free and the one paying the blackmail get charged with a crime? Now that precedence has been set, blackmailers will start blackmailing everyone because the government did not charge Stormy.

That's right off the FEC website. And, as xuenchen already pointed out, 4 out of the 7 are dems.

So, does anyone know how the vote went down? Was it a squeaker, or unanimous, or...?

I was switching back and forth between Fox and CNN coverage on Tuesday. I can't remember which one of them showed it, but there was a poll that showed something like 70% of voters think these charges are politically motivated.

Scarily, though, most of the people who thought that also agreed with the charges being filed.

They just want him charged for something, anything, whether it's a crime or not. Gestapo tactics, that most of our electorate agrees with.

That's why I'm skeptical when some of ya'll claim we're "winning." Maybe you're winning in your circle where everyone agrees with you, but in the overall electorate we may be past the point of no return. The brainwashing is strong.

Well one thing is for sure, Trump will be convicted by a Manhattan jury whether he is guilty or not.

I would normally agree with you, but maybe not this time. Bragg and his judge accomplice are getting more resistance everyday, and subpoenas are starting to come out of the house. Bragg (and possibly others) may find himself in hot water before this is over.

I'm not aware of much Congress can do. They can demand he come down to D.C. so they can yell at him in person, but that's about it. Bragg isn't gonna care about that. He'll use it in his re-election campaign, which is all this appears to be about.

I can't wait to see all the liberal networks fawning over JFK.

that's what it's looking like. The younger generation has been gaslit and brainwashed for years, and we have been asleep at the wheel not catching on to it until covid. It may be too late. These kids are becoming voters. And they aren't capable of comprehending "vision" or reactions to actions taken. They virtue signal, and submit to group think that's driven by backwards logic. This is what brought us "men can get pregnant". Of course it's much deeper than just that, but on the surface, it's getting easier to see, and scarier to understand that this is indeed our future.

It will take these little pea brains being massacred by criminals to finally realize that "defunding the police" was a really stupid idea. And when they try to put that toothpaste back in the tube, all the good cops will have retired, moved on, or found a new profession. It's a catch 22 that will destroy the fragile balance that we have been clinging to with our fingernails.

The only thing I can think of is to be remote, and stay the hell out of cities.
