Biden in the least reports had pushed for Ukraine to get it with Frack gas during the 2014 vice presidential visit just a days after Biden's son joined the Board.

The 'unconventional' reserves were a reference to fracking, a gas extraction method for which Burisma was one of the few firms in Ukraine to have a license at the time.

What if President Trump's family was interfering and distracting from "normal" U.S. - Ukraine relations, to the point where an investigation and report needed to be filed by the U.S. Government?
