Isnt the initiation of a digital currency and eventually a cashless society a complete violation of personal privacy? It seems like this goes against the 4th amendment.

You're working under the premise that the constitution actually applies anymore?

You're referring to CBDC's inherent trackability?

Yea, they DGAF if it violates rights, obviously.

Edward Snowden can verify...

I don't think it's the inherent traceability, it's more like the use case flags and expirations on the money. They can control what you're allowed to buy, and make you spend it, as well as know everything you spend it on and stop you from spending it on anything they do not approve.

The next economic system is going to be way worse than anyone can predict. War is coming, get ready.

Fun fact: Cash usage increased over the past few years and the Treasury turns a profit from the actual printing process.

Another fun fact: The Fed has no intention of launching at digital dollar at this point.

One more fun fact: If they do, it will be optional because of #1.

Well, it does, but it is also completely violative of Congress' specifically delegated power to coin money. There is a maxim of law that says a delegated power from a lawful authority cannot itself be delegated.
