With a case of this magnitude, I would assume Bragg is taking lead but I actually haven't seen anyone mention if that is the case.

I wonder what it will take to get rid of Grand Jurys in America? They too closely mimic what we are told are systems of "justice" used in Cuba and North Korea.

Yep. Delays occur for any number of reasons. It sounds like Bragg may be trying to lock down one last witness and it's possible they weren't available yesterday. Or it could be something as innocuous as a juror was sick.

That said, the grand jury is meeting today.

This is a Grand Jury, not a Trial Jury. Brady doesn't apply. Ever hear the saying "I can get a Grand Jury to indict a ham sandwich?"

The DA runs the Grand Jury. There's no Judge. The idea was for a DA to present it's evidence to a group of people and see if they agreed that there was enough to proceed to trial.

We need to consider amending the constitution, because its long been obvious that grand juries do not protect the accused. Quite the opposite, in fact: they mostly just give prosecutors an excuse to proceed with what they know is a weak case.

I'm not out to "trash" anything, except crooked prosecutors. We just need to acknowledge that grand juries simply do not serve the interests of justice.

Yep, they cancelled the grand jury session again, and it seems that it'll be next week before they discuss the Trump case again. (Assuming they don't cancel next Monday's session.)

They're actually considering calling Cohen again in an attempt to rehabilitate him! Yes, really.
There's also talk of yet another last-minute mystery witness.
Sounds like they're gonna double down on the stupid

If Alvin Bragg is forced to close this case because he's caught lying, it's CRITICAL that he be PROSECUTED, in order to deter other D.A.s from lying, and to let the public know this was clearly a "Get Trump" scheme. Nothing more.
