This isn't just a 1991 event, the strange events in Mexico are still taking place today and the DVD in the link I gave has footage from December '04, Jan '05 and feb '05. I believe 'open public contact' may first come to Mexico and very soon.

Yes you're right. Lots of sightings were recorded during end of march. Check here. Some are really similar to some objects seen during the big wave.

Absolutely fascinating pictures. On another thread, some people mentioned to me the 'Mexico Wave'. I didn't really know much about it. In my (limited) knowledge of ufology this is probably one of the most important events I have come across in the field.

WOW This is some amazing stuff, the best ive seen so far, i was never much of a believer but these might change my mind, does anyone know the origin of the photos from the airplane, i would like to hear the story from the guy who took them. Its really good to finally have a thread with as much proof as this one

The "Venus explanation" for the disc sighting during the 1991 eclipse was also in a show on National Geographic Channel called 'Is It Real?'. There was some astronomer on that show who had calculated that Venus was in the vicinity of the sighting, but then he speculated that the disc shape was caused by the camera trying to 'adjust'.

Btw, if I'm not mistaken I thought the disc was caught on multiple camera's. Anybody know?

This video to me looks like 5 - 6 balloons tied closely together. You can see the object does not hold the same shape and seems to seperate and distort in the wind. Just my thoughts.

Prophet Yahweh got allot of mileage using reflective (Mylar) balloons. He's been proving a huge recent hoaxer time and again. The high flying shiny objects seen in many Mexico videos illustrate the same random air patterns. There is nothing in many of those videos to illustrate they are anything else.

As for the over- color saturated images posted here, anything that was that bright over a tree line would cast significant light to tree and ground effect. Very very ugly amateur photoshop work.

Very interesting post, and the website was a good read also.

In my personal opinion, alot of these other "sightings" were probably caused by hoaxers, or people who were paying TOO close of attention, and saw a UFO in something like a meteorite.

Try this at home:

On the next sunny, calm day outside, go to the local toy/party store and buy a couple dozen balloons and fill with helium. Take them outside and release them all at once.

Wait five-ten minutes...

Grab your video camera and start filming the balloons as they float away "in formation". Remember to zoom in and out and do lots of gasping and other astonishment sound effects. A handful of friends is helpful for effect.

Keep filming as the ballon formation floats away.

Go back inside and edit/select the best few minutes.

Call Jaime. Say you filmed it while on vacation in Mexico.

Voila! Another 'unexplained' mass sighting.

Yes, other than the fact that this happened over a couple year period. Consistently. Try again.

Anyways, this thread was a great read, and another I will put in to the "unexplained" and "couldn't be debunked" category.

Something like the Meier brood.
How did that happen.

Talk about Star Trek and their shields.
The Tesla electrical saucer is messing with the light.
That means electricity is stronger than gravity.
