I googled it, but surprisingly couldn't find an exact answer. I'm assuming just to be safe, that you should floss regardless if you ate anything or
not?
Man doesnt live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
Dont floss. Just brush. With peroxide, and baking soda. Then gargle after. Gum bleeds can send that bacterium into your blood stream, and they can
land on a heart valve.
I use a water flosser after brushing
along with those little brushes by G.U.M
Never was a fan of the string thing I can't go
more than 5 -6 hours with out a brushing or water flossing
even without eating but that's just me I asked my hygienist the
same question because I am back to work and won't
be able to keep that up what she said was if you're not
eating take a little bottle of rinse with you
and swish with it during the day I prefer colgate
gum health its light and no alcohol.
Plaque will start to build no matter if you ate or not.
Flossing is counter productive if you do not do it correctly. Try swishing around warm (not hot!) coconut oil for like 10-15 minutes in your mouth
without swallowing.
It opens up the gums, helps removing the bacteria and leaves a clean feeling.
I floss every single day, no matter what.
And have my teeth cleaned every 6 months.
The dentist always tells me I have great gums because I floss every single day, keeps the gums clean!
