A dash cam video posted to TikTok is making people scratch their heads, wondering if they just saw a ghost.

The video, captured and posted by William Church, shows a strange shadow figure on the side of the highway.

I don't know what this is, but it looks like someone in a nightgown walking down a highway. Weird enough, but then to see this truck driver is on a long stretch of dark highway without a car in sight makes things even more strange. I haven't seen the actual Tik Tok video or read the comments to see if this was a hoax or not but I'm sure someone here would know. If not, what do y'all think?
