Women in Berlin allowed to go Topless in swimming pools

In the name of Sexual Equality Berlin will allow male and female swimmers the right to go topless in swimming pools following a complaint that the current rules are discriminatory , which of course they are so the complaint was put to the local ombudsperson (equality) and He , She , They or It upheld the complaint and proclaimed boobies are to be freed to swim unfettered at Berlin's swimming pools.

Doris Liebscher, the head of the ombudsperson's office, said they "very much welcomed the decision" of the Baederbetriebe.

"It establishes equal rights for all Berliners, whether male, female or non-binary, and because it also creates legal certainty for the staff," she said.

No doubt complaints are being lodged in towns and cities across Germany and soon the whole country will embrace the freedom of boobies to swim freely across the Nation , that's Sexual Equality in action !

Everybody is nude.

I had the experience of going there with my then girlfriend at the time and her mother.

I was doing alright until I went for a swim in the cold water hahahaha.

Here in Pennsylvania USA, it is permitted for Ladies to be topless on their own properties .

Summers here get hot and humid, women doing yardwork need to stay cool too.

It's likely to make the migrant population rather uncomfortable in more ways than just one FWIW. Probably not a lot of mixing of cultures is there?

in munich it is pretty normal in the summertime to see naked people in the citys biggest park the english garden. or at the river isar. older, younger, all kinds of people. no one cares. this goes on for decades. its paradox that america is the biggest market for pornos and at the same time so prude. anyway its berlin not st churchs town.

I remember being 8 years old in Germany, almost all the women at the pool & beach were topless. Yes even the grandmas! It was quite a shock for us as Americans.
