Felt this needed to be here on ATS.

www.foxnews.com...

Two members of the Shenzhou 15 crew, dubbed the "Dream Crew," successfully exited the space station to complete "scheduled tasks" with the aid of another crew member, who remained in the cabin along with one on ground support, its space agency CMSA reported.

But the announcement came after the operation was successfully completed, which according to Space News has raised concern regarding why China’s space agency chose not to announce the latest out-of-cabin excursion.

International space activities have once again worked their way to the forefront of geopolitics, particularly after Russia said last July that it planned to leave the International Space Station amid tense relations with the West, signifying a significant shift in space relations, which in recent decades have steered clear of Earth-based politics.

CCP contempt for transparency in space is already a global hazard," Fisher said, adding that this threat will extend towards its lunar ambitions.

Why be secretive about something thats supposedly harmless?

They're up to no good again. I like Chinese people, but their government is horrible.

I've known a good bit of Chinese ppl myself, and yeah, I gotta say all good people. All Very kind. Extremely polite and probably the most respectful people I've ever know, come to think of it.

I do know one thing: they fear they're government.

Kind, polite and respectful? Maybe Sydney Australia get the rough end of the stick with regards to Chinese.

Almost all I’ve had contact with are rude, arrogant and ruthlessly greedy.

In mitigation a fair few of those have been fresh off a plane and placed on a boat in front of a seafood buffet lol, but even when not jet lagged and hungry they’ve displayed a base morality.

Because a UN mandate compels them to and as far as I am aware China is still a permanent member of the UN.
