I had to laugh at this. I was at Lala last summer and when Lori stepped on stage, tens of thousands of people BOO’d her.
Who were those people, most young, mostly women, mostly people of color.
I think I can say with a good degree of accuracy that people don’t see her as a women, people didn’t vote her about because of her color either.
They saw her complete failure in leadership.

Crime is in parts of Chicago that were untouchable… and up everywhere else. Taxes up up up. Even people like me that no longer live there back used to travel back, we’ve cut those trips because it’s just not worth it anymore.
People are fleeing the area in numbers never seen before.

We can rag on her all we want, the fact is Chicago is corrupt, they could replace her with a Trump lookalike and the same thing would happen. They could put an Asian, an Woman, A black man, A Latino woman. It doesn’t matter, the results will be exactly the same or worse, which is exactly what the track record is for Chicago!

There is real racism happing in the US, you know where a black man bops an old Asian lady over the head in the subway and says “Go back to China!!” but that’s is being downplayed, and this is being put on the headline, which diminishes real racism! Sickening!

Keep in mind The Chicago Mayor Election is NOT a Primary.

Primary elections (for the city) were eliminated in 1999.

This year's "non partisan" election had 9 Candidates and all are Democrats.

Think about THAT 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

And, there's no central ballot count location. All regular votes are counted at Precinct Level, except for mail ballots.

Actually I’ve heard there are plans for a revival in Detroit. There is a lot of corporate interest in it for some reason..
