But if we're honest with most people it'd be an improvement. I'd assume AI couldn't be as flat even if it tried.

I've seen odder from you.

It started out I was Googling pieces of song lyrics or scenes from movies to refresh my fading memories, then I began to rely on it for anything I happened to be thinking about. After awhile I couldn't function without being connected, so an implant seemed like the next logical step. Now I don't even need to think as I have become a meat puppet for AI.

the dangers outweigh whatever benefits there might be exponentially.

Should we get rid of all technological and societal achievements that fit this category or is it just a case of neophobia?

The labels they throw at us, would also be thrown at a shaman, medicine-woman, bone-setter, healer, artists, and a wide array of different-thinking folks.

Screw them and their limited opinions that come from dogmatic books, and wonky Science.

There is a line of thinking, where we can imagine that the Universe is perfect.
In that thought-exercise : we are creations of the Universe, to explore areas that regular folks have a harder time exploring.

I fear the inertia is too great. Like a big ocean liner on a collision course, even if we did attempt a change it'd be too little and too late.
