I’ve heard this so much in the last few months it’s hard to know/think how this will transpire.

Will it be similar to how debit cards were scoffed at, at first and then everyone just accepted it?
I recently went to a Casino, I noticed that they no longer give you change in the form of coins. I noticed this somewhere else too. Getting rid of change has been evident since the beginning of Covid. Can’t say I disagree with that, but getting rid of the bills is going to be different…

Pretty much. FedPay goes live later this year (thank me very much) and is step one in a move to a CBDC. People willingly sign up for this. For example, we helped Arizona with it's mDL implementation and they currently have well over 3million licensed drivers voluntarily participating in the program out of 5.6million total. Think about that.

They aren't going away; the Federal Reserve has no plans to phase out minted or printed money. Fun fact, they actually make money creating the physical currency. It costs a fraction of the final denomination in raw material and labor to produce.

Yea, I was a lurker back then, some entertaining threads on that subject.

Not sure if you remember, but there's lots of Masons in my family (we're ACTUAL Masons), though I never joined, I have no problem with them, I guess because it's not as mysterious to me.
