How come people who get in some kind of an accident, that results in amnesia, still speak the language they grew up speaking, but they cant remember
people they grew up with?
This is most likely due to the fact that most of our long-term memory and association skills are housed in the Temporal lobe of our brain, whereas the
language zones are split between the Frontal and Occipital.....
