Just as a fyi in 2010 dominion acquired 2 companies, premier elections solutions (formerly Diebold elections systems) and sequoia voting systems. both companies have a pretty bad track record when it comes to security and having # software. Then in 2018 dominion was acquired by a management firm staple street capital. I wasn't able to find much on them other then they are located in new York city. I only did a light search so I may be missing a lot. let me know.

In the 2016 election a woman selected a straight Republican ticket, but, it came up giving Hilary the vote for President.
I witnesses and signed a statement, saying that a Poll Worker helped the woman cast the votes that she intended.

In the 2020 election a person selected a vote for Trump and the machine gave the vote to Biden. This time the area of the touchscreen for Biden was huge compared to the area for Trump. I played around with it before casting my vote.

We had a County Judge try to explain it away as a "calibration error".

Both aberrations were in favor of Democrats. How many undetected aberrations were there? How many people didn't check their ballot before casting it and didn't catch these or other aberrations?

If you start adding these and other things up, you will probably get pretty close if not past the margin of victory.

And people keep saying there was NO election fraud. They must be right and these two incidents you pointed out only happened once at each place and no other places. Yeah, that's the ticket.

I do notice it. And I pointed it out at the top of this thread. I guess their marching orders won't be issued before August.

A "defamation" trial starts today, because Dominion voting systems says Fox News told lies about the company and equipment.

“Who knew what and when did they know it?” said Frederick Schauer, a law professor at the University of Virginia, echoing Howard Baker’s famous question about Richard Nixon.

Dominion, which makes voting machines, is accusing the conservative network of knowingly spreading disinformation about its products in the days after the 2020 election to appease an audience hungry for conspiracy theories.

It was a craven bid for profit, Dominion says, and the myth it fueled ultimately led to the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

As you can see below, Dominion Executives have already told the court (and public) that their voting systems hardware and software are pretty bad and unreliable.

So why is Dominion suing Fox News for telling the truth? And since Fox News RUSHED to call the 2020 election for Joe Biden, over Donald Trump, in part due to tallies coming from Dominion machines, why is Dominion angry enough at FoxNews to sue the Fox Corporation?

This is incredible. Dominion Voting Systems were used in +19 U.S. states for the 2020 Presidential Elections, and 2022 Mid-Term elections. The below quoted statements are from official Court Filings THIS WEEK.

Mark Beckstrand, a Dominion Sales Manager, confirmed that other parties “have gotten ahold of [Dominion’s] equipment illicitly” in the past. Beckstrand identified specific instances in Georgia and North Carolina and testified that a Dominion machine was “hacked” in Michigan. Beckstrand confirmed that these security failures were “reported about in the news.”

And just weeks before the 2020 presidential election, Dominion’s Director of Product Strategy and Security, Eric Coomer, acknowledged in private that “our # is just riddled with bugs.”

According to the brief, in 2019, Coomer noted that “our products suck.”

He lamented that “[a]lmost all” of Dominion’s technological failings were “due to our complete f— up in installation.”

In another instance, he identified a “*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results.” Ex.H4, Coomer Email (Jan. 5, 2018). He went on to note: “It does not get much worse than that.”

And while many companies might have resolved their errors, Coomer lamented that, “we don’t address our weaknesses effectively!”

MSNBC and CNN were really disappointed over today's settlement. They wanted Fox News to lose in court, after weeks of showing up and testifying every day. (Gives them something to talk about besides Dementia Joe?)

What kind of horse crap is that? You can argue all day about the merit of the claims (and we did), but they were most definitely newsworthy.

And the biggest advertisers on all News programs are for people who have chronic medical conditions, and who will always have them, because the drugs are just "masks"....and not very good at masking.

Far-left Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation of Dominion voting machines in Georgia and sat on the report until this week.

The report confirms that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines. In fact, the report reveals that the Dominion software is vulnerable and can be hacked.
