From the sky will come a great King of Terror,
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck."
Hesperia is either Italy (Greek) or Spain (Latin), usually Spain. There is no need to make recourse to the mythical Hesperides of the West. If Hesperia refers to Italy, then the monarchy of heaven is the Pope.

"Libra will see the Hesperias govern,
Holding the monarchy of heaven and earth:
No one will see the forces of Asia perished,
Only seven hold the hierarchy in order."
Nostradamus quite literally assured King Henry II that there was "only one sense and meaning, and nothing ambiguous". In Faust, an enlightened mind like Goethe, by no means superstitious, indicated that Nostradamus' book was sufficient to be his guidebook.

Nostradamus is another psy-op, just as the Book of Revelations. Those "prophecies" are designed to mean different things, sort of like a guidebook to make superstitious minds fall for fear tactics.
According to Peter Lemesurier, a former Cambridge linguist and professional translator who has written at least 10 books on the enigmatic figure, Nostradamus was neither an astrologer nor a seer; he simply believed that history will repeat itself. Using a technique dating back to biblical times known as bibliomancy, Nostradamus purportedly selected extracts from older sources at random and then used astrological calculations to project its recurrence in the future. One of the major sources used for his most famous work, “The Prophecies,” was the “Mirabilis liber” of 1522, an anthology of prophecies from well-known seers of the time, while “Livre de l’estat et mutations des temps” by Richard Roussat provided the basis for his astrological references.

We will expect a very sinister century,
The state of the masked and solitary ones much changed,
Few will be found who want to be in their place.".
