Israel does not reject providing military aid to Ukraine, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in an interview with CNN .
Asked whether Israel could provide military support to Kyiv, Netanyahu said he was "definitely considering" such an option. He separately noted that Israel is ready to consider the delivery of the Iron Dome anti-missile defense system to Ukraine.
The head of the Israeli government also said that he is ready to act as a mediator in the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, if both sides and the United States agree to it.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said after Netanyahu's words that "all attempts to deploy weapons, even if they remain at the level of intentions, will lead to an escalation of the crisis."

Bucha was the scene of the massacre of civilians including children last year in the early days of Russia's war so not surprising Cohen would visit there before meeting with Zelensky , it's the first time the two have met since Russia's invasion started.
Israel's stance on the war has been neutral up until now but earlier this month Benjamin Netanyahu said he was open to providing Ukraine with Israel's Iron Dome anti-missile defense system , no prizes for guessing what the main topic of conversation will be.

Netanyahu's words were met with the usual rhetoric.

Iron Dome would certainly be a help but Israel dipping its toe in the water would send a bigger signal to Moscow.
Time will tell.
