Most likely the typical type criminal with a beefy past of crimes. Insane people used to be detected early in their teens and through early adulthood and respectively they where dealt with accordingly. The first start of this commie plan was to let out crazies and close down the institutions, asylums and the other stuff. Now you got half way houses and 2nd path places. This is why it's Clown World now.
New report ranks Texas last in access to mental health care
NAMI executive director Greg Hansch said two-thirds of Texas' counties don't have a single psychiatrist.
"Texas has not always been robust in their financing of mental health services which, of course, is a factor in access to care,"
Hansch also attributes this to insurance coverage.
"One is that we have a very low insured rate in the state," said Hansch. "The number of people who are uninsured is about twice the national average."
Another reason:
"There is a big issue in the state of Texas with mental health stigma," he added.
I think you mean 7:12. Thanks and stay blessed yourself.

They closed them and i don't want to talk about the welfare state that created this fiscal event by breeding even more criminals in places the Government called projects, when in actuality they where pandered to for votes by one uncanny party that is currently running the show.
Your opinions to me are meaningless to me, I've read your post's and I don't jive with any of the opinions you have provided on this board; so please, i'd rather not have to respond to you again or to your agenda.
Thanks!
