Isn't it strange that politicians are speaking out about this more than the military...

No doubt her constituents are a little concerned while our government and military seem like ho-hum this happens all the time

FWIW she probably has connections as a former CIA analyst and DOD employee. But still saying the waters are a little choppy...subterfuge will still haven't seen the Alaska balloon

Rep. Elissa Slotkin speaks on an object shot down over Lake Huron

Michigan Rep. Elissa Slotkin spoke about the object that was shot down by the U.S. Military on Sunday over Lake Huron off the coast of Michigan. She said crews are working to recover the debris from the object, and then they will analyze it to see what they can learn from it.

Those optics are a cue to the public that if they are so worried, we should be, too....instead of concerning ourselves on silly little things like TS papers scattered gawd-knows-where, or any kind of political corruption being uncovered.

We need priorities to keep us properly focused!

You do realize, if our fighters can shoot them down, they are not ET Alien craft.

No, kidding Nugget TwitterGate alone ought to be all over the headlines and here on ATS too.

Besides the best way to beat distraction and deflection attempts is to point out the errors in the deflection attempts.

RESPECTFULLY

You do realize nowhere in my post did I refer to these being alien UFOS nor did I infer they are UFOs.FWIW I think they are likely Russian.

The post does say why are we getting politicians' responses when we need to hear and see the evidence from the DOD.

As it's been posed here on ATS it's all subterfuge from the avalanche of bad news and investigations into the government Biden etc.

We got our own Palestine problem right here in the US, and the green media seems to be ignoring it is jut one example

Well, simple really. ETAlien tech is so sdvanced our fighters couldn't keep up; they can easily evade our missles and they can cloak.

Always beware when high officials have different explanations and opinions about important events like these "balloons".

Deflections Diversions Red Herrings who knows.

Remember the U.S. dropped fake dummy paratrooper dolls on D-Day and it worked 😀

And think about WHY they always get The Jury out of the room when the lawyers and judges get "off topic" with questionable evidence and testimonies 😀

Maybe our atmosphere and gravity doesn't allow their high speed capability. If they have it in the first place.

Cloak ? Evade missiles ? How do you know that ?

Maybe they come from a civilisation where missiles have never had a need to be invented. So why would they need a capability to evade them.

This is all just guess work. From both of us.

Drawing information from this incident is better than guess work.

If you have not seen this it shows why some of us believe our military can't shoot these things down.

How do you know they are the same as the Tic -Tac ? Maybe a completely different alien race.

Again, just guess work.

Fun though.

I guess

It's seems like all the different UFO/uaps share the same otherworldly technology....

Perhaps they were peaceful and not expecting to be attacked and the govt has messed that all up too

These are NOT small objects by civilian aviation standards. They are slow. They are RADAR challenging. They are cheap and require NO propulsion as they drift with the prevailing wind currents. But they are NOT small.

Contrast that with:

Right now, 2/2023 [actually for a few years, just now sneaking up on a significant noose-tightening deadline in '23] the FAA has mandated drone remote ID for consumer-based drones weighing more than 250 grams here in the US, that's about how much two D cell batteries weigh, so we're talking super-small compared to any of the UAPs "we're" shooting down with AIM-9x's.

To say, at some not-too-distant point in time all drones >250g in the US will need to squawk an ID number just like a commercial or general aviation aircraft. Drones have an extremely limited range and payload capacity. Intercontinental weather/espionage/militarized 200-foot-diameter balloons are not some new form of technology. They've been around for over a century, shouldn't they be long-ago classified as a craft needing real-time location tracking... come on man!

Take the ball and run with it from there... but know we're being played.

Or perhaps the best way to approach a semi-primative, easily frightened early nuclear civilization is to appear to be near-equal, technologically, and thus relatable?

Or we've been so incapable of spotting their craft/communications they have started with very basic building blocks to see where/what we are capable of understanding.
