Was just talking to a guy earlier today, that expressed the same sentiment. here in America. He says he is so upset with the whole system that he does not trust doctors, the government, or pharmaceuticals. He says he is not taking any more vaccines, regardless what they are for, or if zombies were roaming the street.

They have really made it difficult for people to trust them with anything in the future. And it is not just a person here or there, in some cases it is the leaders of entire countries.

And then there are those that actually see an ermine coat on a naked king.

I just flew for business for the first time in three years. I don't think a single person on the plane had a mask on, and there were a lot fewer masks in the airports than I anticipated. I would have expected more masks and various other things in NYC, but nope. All I saw were some pop-up testing tents; that's it. It really does seem that the average person is just finally done with it.

As a american of 59 years of age, my country has been gutted, dressed and ready for the eating (taking).
And it appears there is not a darn thing to do about it, you know the details.

Not that the hardcore vaccine apologists will admit it but the majority of people are now waking up to the ruse. I don't know anyone that even thinks or worries about covid anymore. My uncle was recently boosted for the third time and although i can't say it's the vaccines his health has deteriorated rapidly over the last two years. He seems to think the vaccines are helping but i suspect the opposite is true. Still, no point flogging a dead horse.

My mum, brother, sister, children and myself still all unvaccinated and all only ever had one bout of symptomatic covid since day 1.

The hospitals are dropping the mask requirements, finally. Some are still hardcore, like the VA, but a lot of the local hospitals are giving up the masks. Which are a joke anyway. My job has me in and out of the hospitals, all over the county. Even those that still require the masks, most folk wear them under their chin and are not on their face at all.

Most doctor offices have also given up the masks, so it is slowly dying out.

Analyze every situation, they may want people not to trust the government and Pharma companies so they can inform people that a new virus is out there that is deadly and not many people will take a vaccine which will effectively kill off sixty percent of the population of the world and those in charge cannot be held accountable.

Be cautious, but remember, we could be being set up too. Research things as they come along and judge stuff like this with caution and proper evaluation of evidence. It was easy to see that this virus was not that deadly and only was a problem with those with compromised immunity for the most part. They told people to take this vaccine to protect others, then when vaccinated they told them they could resume normal life knowing they could still get and pass on the virus to others, just that the time of transmittability was half....so those people were super spreaders and the old and immune compromised were put at greater risk. These people at the top killed a lot of people that were immune compromised....a vaccine only stimulates an immune response, if you have hardly any immune system it does nearly nothing to protect you.

Yeah, tell me about it. Just yesterday I cancelled a six-month checkup appointment with my regular doctor at the VA because of the mask nazis that work at the front desk. I'm not putting up with all that hassle.

A bit of vaccine apology and denialism of reality is what we is expected in these threads and in the absence of any good and valid arguments.

It wasn't the jab, don't be irresponsible, do your part, protect yourself and others, trust the science and the scientists. It's all good and safe and effective. Get your boosters for the greater good...

I don't know anyone who hasn't had the boosters. Nor do I know anyone who's had any worse side effects from them than you'd expect from any other vaccination.

Mind, I only know a very lot of people in all parts of the country - through work and the charity I help run.

Wow, the idiocy is strong in here today.
Here in the UK everyone I know has been vaccinated, boosted and will take another booster if offered. Yes, I've had COVID-19, so has my wife, and it was little more than a draining bug that left us utterly exhausted for a week in both cases. Didn't kill us though, unlike two family members of a friend of ours who were infected before the jabs were available.
I always wonder where those stats come from those news stories that claim that vaccination support is minimal. Probably the same places that claim that support for Brexit is holding steady. The bin in other words.

You know some people so that means your anecdotes must be true.

I don't know anyone who died of Covid either before or after the vaccines. Not one person in my family, no-one at work (one engineer suffered lung blood clots within a week of his booster). See how anecdotes work?

Statistically who is now more likely to die, someone vaccinated or unvaccinated? Asking for a friend of a friend of a friend of the family who had a distant uncle that had a dog whose pet budgie died of covid while unvaccinated.

US here but had a Dr appt yesterday and was shocked to see they still had a mask mandate indoors. This is for a major medical group (Centra health)
