It sounds like an airship instead of a balloon. China has been working on several different types of airships for the last 5-10 years.

Russia isn't much more than a pain in the ass. China is a bit trickier what with it's heaps of people they'll send to die.

Always remember though: China has a distinct disadvantage regarding weaponry. You know. Everything they have is made in China. So there's that which saves us some crap. Stovepipes every 5th round from cheap copies of other countries designs aren't conducive to winning a ground war.

You're omitting the fact that it is owned by the chinese military. And in case you forgot, every thing and anyone old enough to fight, is part of the chinese military

Cathay Pacific is owned by the Swire Group, a British company in London and Hong Kong.
