What if I told you my worldview hasn't changed much and that he speaks in admiration of Jesus?

I expect this thread to be flooded with denouncements of he is a self-hating Jew and an anti-semite but I compare that to narrative enforcers claiming that black people who vote republican really aren't black people.


At the end of the day labels can be thrown around(and they will) ad infinitum but if you are so against this man and his message and you consider yourself a reasonable person, then you have absolutely no reason to panic as the majority of people are here to discern for themselves what is true and what is false.

And you should trust other people to form a reasonable conclusion of their own accord otherwise you are merely a self-styled gatekeeper thinking you have the right to steer people away from what you perceive as false or even attempt to censor.

There's one thing he says that I don't like at all, can you find it? Bear in mind that when you find it you will realize he spoke against this very thing earlier on so perhaps he meant it differently than I understood it.

Are we in favor of free speech?

Do we prefer censorship?

The so called progressives are meant to be abhorrent to any thinking person, it’s all a steady push towards getting people to accept the totalitarianism that’s to come because it will look relatively conservative.

Don't be so harsh.

First, I think it more likely that he's another genuinely left leaning person who is waking up to the totalitarian nightmare of the progressive push and agenda. If you recall your political compass, it is divided into people who are left and right in terms of their economic beliefs and those who are divided in terms of their beliefs on authoritarianism and libertarianism.

It is, therefore, entirely possible to be left leaning and libertarianism in your mindset, just like it is to be right leaning and libertarian. I happen to be the latter. I fall out as libertarian not because I don't like structure to society. I do, but because I recognize that organized and enforced power structures are the playgrounds of authoritarians whom I distrust. Therefore, I prefer minimal formal power structuring in favor of a social structure better recognized as a coherent and strong culture with shared values and norms.

But I digress.

Increasingly, the left is splitting as some who are more like myself, only more collective in thought process when it comes to economic preference (left libertarian), are recognizing the authoritarian gorilla in their room, and sometimes, it has come back to bite them pretty hard when they've acted in ways previously allowed. The professor at the lefty college in the PNW comes to mind.

I suspect this guitar player is merely coming to that uncomfortable realization - he no longer has the liberty the left once afforded him.

In the third video he claims German working class that supported the nazi party, left Germany to go to America in 1933 and then later to England where they formed the Tavistock institute. This is disinformation, the Tavistock institute was first formed in 1920 and officially recognised as a NGO think tank in 1946 when funded by the David Rockefeller foundation. He makes some valid points but a red flag appears for me when it’s mixed in false information.

As you point out you can be left or right leaning and still be libertarian, what I don’t like is the polarisation we see these days, where you’re either one side or the other with no nuance or shared common ground. I think this is by design to divide and conquer and keep us at each other’s throats.

In the U.K. the Labour Party(the left) used to represent the working class, the majority of the population, because the right(conservatives) never have. These days the left support minority’s that in the real world don’t actually like each other.
The working class are utterly disinfranchised and find themselves supporting the right their traditional opposition.

On top of that situation corruption is rampant and I’m expected to believe voting for one or the other of the same arse cheek will make a difference? This is all the handy work of the Tavistock institute and other such so called think tanks that are working hard to bring about a technocratic totalitarian governmence that we were warned about in books such as Brave New World and 1984.

The progressive left have almost always wanted a top-down collective structure since Marx. They have packaged it in various ways. It used to be about the working man when they though they could divide people along the lines of wealth and poverty. The working man was downtrodden and the filthy rich were out to sucker him and exploit him.

The problem with that is that in many Western nations, they only got so far. The working class got pretty comfortable and happy enough. They stopped feeling angry and resentful of people like Jay-Z and Beyonce after a while once they were taking their vacations and able to BBQ as they chose in their backyards. Sure, there was always some existential angst about money, but it wasn't pressing enough to get too upset over - not enough to rebel and really eat the rich.

That's when the pivot started.

The progs have tried environmentalism.

And then they went into victim classes. This is where they are now. We're all playing the victim/oppressor game. It is far more successful because you can't realize gains there. You can always make people believe that it's not them, it's because they aren't X, Y, or Z, and X, Y, or Z oppresses them. It's Dr. Seuss's Sneetches writ in real life.

Little Johnny failed in math? Well it's not because Little Johnny didn't do his homework and doesn't behave in class and you as a parent don't enforce any discipline at home. It's because Little Johnny is black and his teacher is white. Or, Little Johnny doesn't have the star on his belly and his teacher does, so it just isn't fair to Little Johnny. And Little Johnny's teacher doesn't understand that math is all a racial construct designed to miss that in Little Johnny's racial world, 2+2=5, not 4 because some white dude arbitrarily decided that 2+2=4 and no other reason.

I always try to learn a little bit about the source person of a thread before diving into the small window OPs normally offer up in the form of videos or quotes/sources as a lead-in for OPs particular political narrative. So I go to sites that are not MSM or what you term 'gatekeepers', please define a gatekeeper in an objective way, if you can.(?)

This Gilad Atzmon is intensely a political activist (he has a book for sale, incl. his music) and the link below gives us a look into his thinking. All in all, everyone takes a stance politically and it seems near impossible to move the notch in either direction.

This link gives a big picture of the musician/political activist/anti-vaxxer/writer who IMO has his own political narrative, which reads as just a man who opines more than others.

That is not to say what he is opining about is not factual, just that some of it is true and some not true, depending on your political stance. As for him speaking highly of Jesus, why does anyone these days think the Jewish people are cohesive in their religion, they are not.

As for right-wing libertarians having a unique tendency to tell the truth while progressives/left lie in the name of the cause, because both will lie for the cause as we see displayed everywhere political. One is not worse than the other when it comes to their agenda for power.

You raise valid points ultimately we are all uniquely flawed and it is dangerous to go all in on one person or their viewpoints.

That is not what I'm suggesting at all but he certainly is a very interesting individual closer scrutiny is definitely required.

Your very welcome, and I certainly don't want to create the impression that I am carrying water on behalf of this guy, but I'll admit I find him interesting. He has nothing to gain from his viewpoint in the conventional world except closed doors and I suspect he's more than just another contrarian for the sake of being one.

When I look at the world around me, I would say that to give someone that power one first needs to be aware of something in your possession in order for the act of giving it away.

I do not find that to be the case.

We are born into this illusion, but it might be in our power to retake reality if we can identify it. As of now, it remains elusive still.

And it's very possible to simply exchange one illusion for another.
