Basically if there is a demand for a particular products, IE: a TV set then people setup to build TV's. Candy is sweets, sweets are made from sugar in which you plant sugar cain field's therefore the sweets will become free.

As for the corruption of a World Government. There would be no corruption or secrecy in world government meetings. Unlike now where powerful businessmen/woman are having private meetings to decide what happens next.

Any laws that are passed will be passed by the people. The only rule you REALLY need is:
