They could have seen the flashing lights of the car and the police walking up.
You can hear the door unlock and I guess the attacker opened it as Pelosi hand a hand on the hammer and on a drink.

Yeah, that security camera footage doesn't add up at all. There are several obvious edits, but more than that, there's this:

We see the guy, supposedly DePape, smashing what is presumably the back door (it's just out of the camera's field of view), before physically forcing himself though the hole he made and entering the house (ie, disappearing from the camera's POV).

But.... in the police body cam footage, DePape is NOT a cut-up, bloody mess. If he had just climbed through a broken glass patio door, he'd be gushing blood like he'd barely survived a Friday the 13th movie.

And so? There is a reason why people don't make good visual witnesses. The clothes is irrelevant its Pelosi and the Police actions in that video that solidifies that he new DePape.

I'm not saying it was without a doubt a lovers quarrel but that video surely did not help the Pelosi with their story . For all I know it could have been a threesome or maybe Paul is a cuck, but under no circumstance would I say that is a home invasion after watching that video.

In addition, in no way would the cops act like that if the call was reported as a home invasion (although I'm not sure if it was). If it was called in as a home invasion then the Pelosi are 100% full of sh1t.

They did not enter the home at first.
The playbois were not struggling over the hammer until AFTER the door was opened and police were standing there outside the home - not in the home.

How do you know what happened before the door was opened?
The 1st sight we see is the attacker holding the bottom of hammer where its supposed to be held.
Pelosi also has a hand on top of hammer. And the attacker griping pauls forearm.

Everything about it looks totally staged...including the antagonist and protagonist caught sharing a pre-scene drink and chat before their opening scene when the door opens, the lights go up...and the camera starts rolling.

Paul was holding onto the hammer, probably because he thought the guy would hit him,.but still holds the drink?

He could have defended himself better if he used his other hand, but he wanted to hold that drink?

In your example of an electric door, it's the opposite of the body cam footage: we see the door swing toward the viewer. We can also see the electric arm which pushes the door from the top.

I don't see an electric arm at the Pelosi's front door. It should be in view, since the door pushes inward away from the viewer.

Could it possibly be another type of electric door using sleeker parts?
