This was sometime in the late 70s.

The gun had a simple but devious design. Using a frozen dart of shellfish toxin mixed with water as a bullet, it could swiftly and quietly kill someone from 100 meters away. Once the victim was shot, the dart would melt. And since shellfish toxin is an undetectable poison, the cause of death would always appear to any medical examiner as an ordinary heart attack.

A special [gun] was developed which potentially would be able to enter the target without perception,” Colby admitted to members of the Church Committee. “There was no way of percieving that the target was hit.”

But after that hearing, the gun seemed to have vanished. And, to date, there’s no official record that the CIA assassinated anyone with a heart attack gun. What’s more, President Gerald Ford signed an executive order in 1976 explicitly forbidding government employees from “[engaging] in, or conspire to engage in, political assassination

The heart attack gun seems to of "disappeared." Yeah right..
Makes me wonder how many times that was used, and how much further they took this concept.

I believe that most Nations have it available. But different style of energy to shoot a frozen bullet into a persons ankle or the neck.

I think MythBusters covered frozen bullets. They ether blew out of the barrel as water vaper or were not capable of penetrating skin at a couple of feet.

Even with liquid nitrogen temperatures, they could not get frozen water bullets to work.

Frozen bullets have been a myth thing forever, as they dont leave ballistics. Med darts is what we need to be looking at, dissolvables made from various drugs, same concept, but its not CIA. At least I dont think it is. They have devices that are either attached to or look like phones that shoot the darts. They may follow you darting you with stuff for weeks..I heard about a guy they kept running out of darts with , guess he had built up a tolerance..mkultra evolved, dang..memories, sometimes so much happens so fast that one forgets trivial stuff like med darts as I named them upon discovery..but no one to tell, so file it , press forward and hope you dont ..whatever, if it was CIA, it was amateur hour at the cliff drop.

Ive coincidentally travelled with people that like to put off certain vibes, wannabes, basically playing dress up that wouldn't make it a block in some places..and didn't…you're welcome to ask about specifics, but the land of reference can get foggy, there is no direct translation, always a lag of sorts, thats where ones own mind can create much difficulty, fortunately that is a small space to control or to create a fulcrum without a point..still its the most difficult thing, because there it is only you, the true you at the core, the one that you can't hide from you, its the spot your most vulnerable, the comfort of this spot is the solitude, knowing that any other presence there is either a trespass or someone needing help. a place where one may be decisive. Pure communication, direct translation…the creative process..

It works with a pneumatic gun

How do you keep the poison ammo from melting and 100m no way it would be accurate undetectable and still work at 100m

I've not seen that episode, but if they couldn't get it to work they're not trying hard enough.

The government has unlimited funding.

Also, this is more of a dart gun, so the propulsion is likely compressed gas... the range is short. The projectile is a dart, not a bullet, so it doesn't need nearly as much velocity.

I remember reading about and hearing about these CIA heart attack "guns" but they simply ceased to exist- which tells me they're widely available for spooks.

Never heard of the "Heart attack gun" but i do seem to recall something to do with special forces and a sick stick/sick gun which makes the target projectile vomit.

The more pertinent question is what are you doing that makes you think the CIA is gonna need to dart you... it's not like this is achievable by a regular two-bit hood.

The original "heart attack" gun was a solution of potassium cyanide in alcohol and was fired by a piston directly into the face of the target. The spray was inhaled and worked rapidly. Purportedly this was a KGB invention as was the Ricin gun. This weapon was fired at close range into the victim by a spring loaded gun that was built to look like an umbrella. The projectile was a hollow bb containing Ricin extracted from castor beans (see the final episode of Breaking Bad) and was only discovered during the autopsy when it showed up on xray.

Sometimes it’s not what you do but what you don’t do.

Ok, I can't really show the whole story lines, but here goes...

On the site named GLP, there was a man who was present during the January 6 affair. He filmed cops opening doors and windows, inciting people to get in, saying it was ok, no problems.

But, that man confronted the cops. He afterwards milited to get his video in the hands of senators so an inquiry could be made about those actions by the authorities on that date.
It took a few months, but he managed to have some senator look into it, saying it would be brought to the public eye.

He was even giving interviews, but right now I don't remember to what press organ.

Then, he had a heart attack, and was dead under a week. The guy was around 60 some years old.

I had seen him for at least a decade posting things there and he seemed really full of energy and in good health.

I saw his videos and followed him while it happened.
I felt he had been offed by that very same gun, the heart attack one.

Strangely enough, I can't find his threads on the site... I'll keep looking into it and bring anything I can find.

Also, his videos were never brought to the public eye by any senators...

Ricin extracted from castor beans

your dogs will eat these and die..do not grow them..dogs love them, its the only thing in nature I know of like that.

had neighbors that grew them..no idea why, probably to throw out to strays and coyotes, poison is such a dishonorable, disgusting method..maybe the same ones that left a big ass locust branch in the driveway right after mom got 600 dollars worth of new tires..hillbilly voodoo..I dont need to go into the aerodynamics of a 10" locust branch and not a locust tree within a mile, people can be petty out in the woods..and they just happened in for a visit that day, hadn't even waved in a month..been a lot worse than tire popping go on.they didn't get any popped that day though, im pretty vigilant..lol..and they made it to where..oh it must have just fell off the truck, yeah, locust branches just fall off, only thing I wanna know is why did they know mom got new tires?.
