Had an Apocalypse Dream Last Night

It was quite vivid actually. I do recall being in my city and knowing that the area my parents were in was destroyed. Don't recall if my own family was in it but instead the wife was. It was raining fireballs all over and the waters were flooding inland at quite some volume.

Without going into deep detail, because my memory of it is already beginning to fade, it could be described as elements of the movie Greenland meets elements of the movie Day After Tomorrow or perhaps 2012.

I remember work, as always my damn job tends to creep into my dreams. I know there was alots of fighting between me and other groups of folks can't recall why but it was a very violent dream. I know I saw people die and large swathes of City burning while the coast just kept creeping further in. I may have made it to a kind of vessel, possibly a watercraft of some kind but very technologically advanced looking. One would think of it as some kind of aircraft carrier sized technology facility but more cruise ship or super tanker than carrier in appearance if that makes any sense.

Obviously if I am dreaming I have stopped a particular habit as being free and clear of it is the only way I ever remember dreams. once that happens I become addicted to my dreams and tend to be out of the fog IRL for awhile. I feel it's the best, and yet some of my family consider me to be less palatable during these times. I recognize that I do tend to be more cross in the times but I must learn to cope better because substance abuse is not the answer to an irritable personality.

I am curious to what I will dream of as I will soon doze off into my dreams.

well that was lame. it's a record label website of zero interest to me with nothing relating to actual dreams. and I thought you were going to reply on topic. I'm going to bed now so I can record my next dream. I may be able to desipher some pattern if I not down enough of these.

3000 years. Then take off 1000 years for the reign of the saints and you wind up at 2033. So the 7 year Apocalypse starts in 2026.

Oh no, I also had a dream last night of a nuclear detonation in America, and a bit about people being aboard a plane when it hit, I think part of the narrative was that everyone though the people were at a stage or on a podium of some kind and that was hit, but actually they were aboard the plane, and almost laughing at the fact the people thought they were at the podium.

That is quite fascinating actually. In the link it also mentions the study may indicate a possible reversal may have occured in the seventies as well. Could the reversals have an impact on human systems?? Was the end of Bretton woods in the seventies right and the money began moving east in the following decades. Now we have global turmoil as it could be happening again?? Coincidence does not necessarily mean causality is a term I think I remember. I had no idea of that occuring.

I was still thinking of blood moon theories coinciding with increased human turmoil until now.

I did not sleep much the previous night so I passed out early Sunday. I had a couple wake up and sleep cycles starting around 9pm. From what I recall these dreams seem to have occured between 3 and 7 am.

you know it is interesting you ask this because I really did not think nothing of it. But the initial flooding, that which was most visible and obvious to me happened from a bird's eye view. The rest of it was like seeing it through my own eyes like the fireballs and the burning city. But like many of my dreams, I do have third person perspectives which I vaguely recall, but may have been when I was making my way towards the vessel. If there was a snowy ash like the silent hill effect, I did not take note it and don't remember one way or another. I mean considering the event unfolding it's likely, but not part of an observation I can recall.

well not initially. See sometimes throughout the year something just flips in my head and I cold turkey my herbal medicine dependency. Like the interest just completely disappears. But then I start dreaming again which reinforces my desire to quit smoking. I can keep this up for almost a year, but often fail before a full year and start smoking herbs again. Eventually my dreams begin to fade away the more I smoke and then just stop altogether. You got anything for me as to why this is??

What kept waking you up prior? A series of dreams? External stimulus like loud noise? One would assume that if you were very tired, you'd sink into a long, deep sleep, which you couldn't easily be stirred from.

Interesting, both angles afforded you with a wide perspective.

Did these fireballs resemble meteorites or did they fall from comets? Where was the moon in all this chaos?

Regarding your addiction, when the switch flips in your head, were you involved in creative activity? How's your concentration ability, can you focus for a long time uninterrupted?

Honestly, I don't know why your dreams diminish with smoking.
