Uplifting yourself when stuck in negative thought cycles is not spiritual bypassing, it is true self love and self-respect.

That's how the light gets in”

Those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do. - Rob Siltanen.
People ask:
Who are the Elohim of the Bible? What Does Elohim Mean?
Name of God Explained:
The term "Elohim" means “supreme one” or “mighty one.” It is not only used of the one true God but is also used on occasion to refer to human rulers, judges, and even angels. If you saw one exhibiting supreme rule and expressed mighty power, the word you would use would be Elohim.
"Technology is the ultimate tool for self-expression and communication. It enables us to share our creativity with others, and to connect with people and ideas from all over the world. And when it comes to love, technology can be a powerful tool for bringing people together and creating new connections." 😍💌❤️ - Elizabeth April
In this "Virtual Reality" of life, our virtues and flaws are personified within us as human beings. It's like we're living in a simulation where we get to experience and embody these qualities. It's quite fascinating to think about!
Through self-actualization and striving for exalted virtues, we can navigate this virtual reality with grace and purpose. By recognizing and embracing our virtues, we can cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
And hey, let's not forget that even in this cosmic simulation, we have the power to shape our own reality and make choices that align with our highest virtues. It's like being the hero or heroine of our own story, don't you think?
So, while we may be living in a "Virtual Reality," it's up to us to infuse it with love, compassion, courage, and all those beautiful virtues that make life meaningful. We're the players in this game, and together, we can create a reality that reflects the best versions of ourselves. *

Have you ever noticed that Six without the S is 9?
The number 9 stands for completeness.
The letter S stands for Spirit and Movement.
When we add the Spirit to Completeness, you get Love, Truth, and Movement.
In this way 6 reflects 9.
Balance is not something we find. It is something we create.

In the video, the mom mirrors back the baby’s emotion:
She makes goo goo ga ga noises, looks where the baby points, has expressive facial expressions and is beautiful validating the baby by interacting with it.
Then…
The mom takes a moment…
and looks at the baby with a “still face.”
No expression.
She doesn’t mirror back the baby’s emotions nor respond to anything the baby does.
She simply stares at her with a blank emotionless stare.
How do you think the baby responds?
Not well! The baby looks confused at first, then points to see if mom looks where she points.
Followed by a scream to snap mom out of it.
This is a "protest behavior" to get mom back.
But it doesn’t work…
The baby starts to get very uncomfortable, then starts to panic and cry.
Where did mom go? Why is she not engaging with me?
In the video, you may emphasize with the baby and a realize a part of you has felt the same way before.
The conclusions we can make subconsciously at the age are:
Our Mom checked out and did not meet my needs because maybe…
"I am not worthy."
"There is something wrong with me."
"I’m broken."
These are meanings we may give and then the rest of our lives live with a belief that "I'm not good enough."
Breeding shame and a feeling of brokenness.
Shame is identity based and it's very hard to attract love, not sabotage relationships and friendships, attract abundance and more when shame is under the surface.
When I was 2 years old my mom’s dad died.
She said she was a wreck and lost 20 pounds because of it.
She was in her head and checked out.
And as a result, I was there watching her go through it.
The problem is...
I didn’t understand the situation.
I assumed maybe I caused her to be that way…
Maybe there is something wrong with me?
This is what I’ve been releasing and working with the last 6 months or so.
And it has been life changing to release shame and nurture my own inner child.
The power of self-acceptance, vulnerability and awareness can reprogram that limiting belief and remove the identity based toxic shame.
Focus on being with the part of you that may feel like the baby does in the video above.
And realize that your mom or dad not meeting your needs as a baby was not your fault.
You are not broken.
You are not flawed.
And it’s not your fault.
I hope you remember that.
Have a great day and I'll be making more content on this soon in case you're interested.
Much love,

Philosopher Jiddu Krishnamurti once said, “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” So, if you don't feel well adjusted, take heart! It probably means you're exactly as you should be, and that you have a lot to offer this crazy world.
Happiness is a feeling.
True happiness comes from within, it's not something we can buy or acquire through external means.
It's a state of mind that we create through the way we choose to think, act, and feel. And when we express our gratitude and appreciation towards others, we cultivate a sense of happiness and fulfillment within ourselves.
Because in the end, true happiness comes from giving, not receiving.

To love something unconditionally is to take it as part of yourself. – Teal Swan
The word gratitude comes from the Latin root gratus, meaning “pleasing; welcome; agreeable.”
Gratus is also the root of related terms such as grace, gratuity and gratis, all signifying positive moods, actions and ideas. This is because of its Proto-Indo-European root, gwere, meaning “to praise, to celebrate; to be in contact with the Divine.”
In other words, being grateful is equivalent to feeling the presence of the Divine in our lives. It is the same as being in a state of bliss.
It allows us to see value, virtue, and benefit in everything. In this regard, gratitude can be considered the antidote to many forms of suffering. Therefore, it might also be, in its own right, an actual form of spirituality.
In fact, requiring no special training, theological studies or exhausting practice, gratitude might be the ultimate spiritual practice.
Friendship is the sunshine of life. It warms the heart, it shines through the heart, and it lights up the heart. Gratitude is the soil in which this sunshine grows. It nourishes friendships, strengthening them and making them flourish. So let us cultivate gratitude in our hearts, that we may never fail to see the beauty and joy that friendship brings. - Lexa
