No crews were officially assigned to the cancelled missions. The normal crew rotation had the backup crew for a mission moving up to become the prime flight crew three missions later. Based on that scenario, the crews for the cancelled missions would have been:
Apollo 18
Richard Gordon, Commander
Vance Brand, Command Module Pilot
Harrison Schmitt, Lunar Module Pilot
Apollo 19
Fred Haise, Commander
William Pogue, Command Module Pilot
Gerald Carr, Lunar Module Pilot
Apollo 20
Charles Conrad, Commander
Paul Weitz, Command Module Pilot
Jack Lousma, Lunar Module Pilot

Biggest questions:
How did they build the hardware.
How did they launch without anyone seeing the rockets go up.
The remaining Apollo hardware was used for Skylab and the Apollo Soyuz mission. There are some rockets in museums and think that is because they were not cleared for flight due to technical problems with them. These are still on the ground. The rest of the hardware that went up are accounted for by the hardware produced.
As far as I know, Cape Canaveral was the only launch pad big enough for the Apollo series rockets. Thousands if not tens of thousands would have witnessed any launch from the Florida coast.
The fact it is said to launch in the dead of night would make it more visible. People would notice a sudden sunrise occuring for hundreds of miles away. They are that bright. The noise would wake up anyone for around 50 miles of the launch.
So, how would they get around these problems?
Edit: The ending explanation is the only answer.
I have been inside a training LEM at Huntsville, Alabama. There was no room for a folding table or a third person in the LEM.
Also, how does a plant eat kevlar, Teflon, aluminum, titanium, etc.. as the space suits were supposedly eaten along with the Apollo 18 astronauts.
Definitely a hoax.
An entire lunar hoax fantasy and dis-informational trap has surrounded one man's misinterpretation of an item seen on a much lower res copy of these images. You can pretty readily see it zoomed out- a cylindrical light toned object appears to be sticking out of a depression, looking very much like a submarine or similar spacecraft lying there. I took the care to use raw scans of the original spacecraft films to show this thing for what it is- an interesting optical illusion. I don't say that lightly. The Itek panoramic camera took excellent submeter resolution images, especially when the item being captured was near center frame- this item was. On both photos it shows up on subframe 4, which is center of the filmstrip. I invite you to see this optical illusion yourself by first viewing the item zoomed out, then slowly zooming in. At full res you can watch as the 'crisp edges from far away' look of a ship disappears into the intricate surface details of a hill with shaded areas on it beside a small ridge. it's a trick of distance on a shaded hilly surface of various albedo. Sure looks like a ship! But no, not here. There is no sign of image tampering whatsoever, this image is clean, clear and a high example of Apollo era imaging technology, we can only now rival it with LROC

Did something on this too, see the bottom of this page

Using elevation data I made some models. It's just a surface feature, nothing more.
The Hollow Moon hypothesis and the closely related Spaceship Moon hypothesis propose that Earth's Moon is either wholly hollow or otherwise contains a substantial interior space. No scientific evidence exists to support the idea; seismic observations and other data collected since spacecraft began to orbit or land on the Moon indicate that it has a thin crust, extensive mantle and small, dense core, although overall it is much less dense than Earth.
The first publication to mention a hollow Moon was H. G. Wells' 1901 novel The First Men in the Moon. In 1970, two Soviet authors published a short piece in the popular press speculating that the Moon might be "the Creation of Alien Intelligence". Since the late 1970s, the hypothesis has been endorsed by conspiracy theorists like Jim Marrs and David Icke.

That to me looks like matches the description of omuamua.
On the outward leg of its journey through the Solar System, ʻOumuamua passed beyond the orbit of Earth on 14 October with a closest approach distance of approximately 0.1618 AU (24,200,000 km; 15,040,000 mi) from Earth.
