David Crosby has passed away age 81.

Founder member of The Byrds and then Crosby, Still And Nash has left us with some great music from his career,

The artists from the golden era of music, the 1960's and 70's are now in their 70's and 80's.

I got to see Crosby, Stills, and Nash play a rare acoustic-only show at the Waikiki band shell on Oahu back in the early 90's. I was a mostly casual fan before that and I was blown away. Such talent, they sounded as good or better than the Woodstock recordings.

R.I.P. Mr. Crosby, thanks for the great tunes and great memories

He made every single singer he sang with sound better. Best backing vocals ever. Thank god we got it all on tape! I doubt we'll hear a voice like that, matched with talent like that, for centuries.

Such an amazing musician. So glad I got to see him live several times. RIP Croz. Thanks for letting your freak flag fly.
