As someone else pointed out, there’s the adage it’s the only trade.

Harris is a boob, which is ironic when she speaks on issues like this.

Prostitution being legal or decriminalized makes little difference. It will still happen. Even if we said nothing changes, porn, onlyfans, and escort services still exist. From an ethical standpoint, it’s indistinguishable.

Culturally speaking, it’s a nonstarter for me anyways. If I’m to be in an individualistic society based on free will, the debate isn’t on what is or should be legal, but rather making a better point for a certain kind of thinking. Most people don’t sell their body in a sexually exploitive way for money, and for good reason. It’s legality isn’t going to defer them much.

Same goes for drugs, same goes for unethical business practices.

The gun debate often gets distilled down to murder is already illegal, so the banning of guns doesn’t counter human flaws. I agree with that premise and also think it applies to different lines of thinking.

While the elites might be expecting some prostitutes in Davos, what they didn't expect was the rebels Walk-Of-Shame
