Don't usually post footage (and don't know if it's a hoax) but there does appear to be quite a bit of fuss over this 'object' recently filmed over a Las Vegas hotel.

There also looks to be several videos (or vantage points) and really would be interested in folk's opinion about what's going on - thought the footage deserved a post anyway.

Footage From 2:20 to 7:10

Thanks for indicating the part of the video to watch.

Unfortunate there were so many clouds.

Cheers

Yeeh interesting !

What i was just few days ago wondering, is how modern technology could maybe used for the fake alien invasion .

Like how about those big 3D led displays, or swarms of drones controlled by human or AI ?

Not saying that Vegas thing is fake, but just thinking the technological possibilitys to make it look like UFO ....

If it is dark and cloudy and would have huge 3D led display up there, could you tell the image is real or not ?

The "3d" billboards are cool, but once you realize how it's done, and not 3D at all and all just basically perspectives on a curved (but flat screen no actual physical depth) it just doesn't work anymore. And in real life it doesn't look half as good as when recorded at the right angle

It only works if the animations are within frames/boxes sometimes multiple frames/boxes in the videos, because it's just video they can pop out of their boxes making it look like 3D with depth, but never go out of the physical boundry of the actual screen

Well i never seen any of those with my own eyes , so it`s bit gray area for me. Thanks for explaining .

There are allready also flexible OLED displays , so it does not have to be box or square where the screen is .

When I say box or square I'm talking of an outer frame in the video that is created for the screen to make it look like it pops out, but yeah it's only a flat curved screen on the side of a building without any depth (there are also people who make fake videos of these screens here's a good example of a fake video of one of these screens

at 4 min 04 the spaceship comes out of the boundary of the physical screen

The video looks and feels real to me. Seems way too big to be a drone. Someone out there wanted to visit Vegas ?

My biggest problem with that is when the spotlights pass by the red light in the cloud you see many times and obvious reflection from something other than the cloud. I live here and am used to being in the strip and cant think of a time I saw anything like this. There is usually a ton of air traffic down there including helicopters doing tours and all sorts of stuff like that. Would love to hear if any pilots that might saw this.

These searchlight UFO’s are always interesting to me…..

For the Vegas UFO….

I think it’s an orchestrated show.

What is seen and how it’s possible to present….is to have stationary drones above a not so dense clouds ….. and project figures, lights, designs downward to the top of and into the cloud that would act as a projection screen…..then from the ground…..look up to the bottom of the cloud and what the drones are projecting should be seen…..and for even more dramatic effects….shine search lights upward and hi light the bottom of the cloud making the projections pop with the sweeps of the searchlights. I think it’s possible imo.

And who is going to hear the electric motors of drones high in the sky, above the sounds of Las Vegas noises at ground level? Drones are getting sneak up quiet these days.

Interesting video. There is precedent for clouds reflecting lights on the ground being mistaken for a ufo. Happened fairly recently in Kuala Lumpur.

However, that one object in the mix that’s reflecting the passing spot lights looks solid, perhaps metallic. But since that is the only object that looks solid could it be the source of the other lights; projecting them down onto the clouds, ergo a drone?

You would probably get in a lot of trouble with drones that aren't licensed down on the strip. You would probably be inside airport airspace which is highly controlled. Plus they do helicopter tours around the clock so that's would be another major hazard to flying drones there. I meant I can't say its not possible...I just don't believe its very likely.

It will be cloudy again tonight I think...so I guess we will see if there are more reports. Personally I avoid the strip like the plague unless someone is paying me to work down there...so I won't be going to check lol.

It is a very interesting video & now 1000's of drones can be programmed for a show,
& be Licensed since possible a Vegas Show.
Me first thought, this is in Las Vegas where the Top Magicians & Illusionist
do shows in the Hotels. Bloody Criss Angel & David Blaine!!! Also David
Copperfield is there...
The beginning looked staged when the guy made the announcement that
there was a UFO directly over the Club right now, his facial expressions
& the what appeared to be a security person (walkie radio on hip) walking
in front of him as they exit the building to have a look.
Sightings don't last forever & I would have been more in a hurry to see it.
I don't know, but reminded me of working at Disneyland.

Cheers

Biggest problem is the strip area it max far and is like 5miles tops from the literal runways at the airport. Not to mention the closer private airport the helicopters fly out of for the tours. They would have to have FAA approval and therefore would be known to be there. Basically it wouldn't be hard to find out it was drones...and since no one has said such I lean more towards a weird reflection. Even then I would love to know why that reflection happens when the spotlights pass by...as if it hit something very reflective just in that spot which appears as a bright blink as the light passes by.
